My goals will be as follows:

1. Learning more about SFI Business. Reading one article from Internet Income & applying it practically.

2. Building up my downline as big as possible by promoting my Ads on Safe Lists, Traffic Exchanges & Ad Exchange sites.

3. As I am already a leader, I would like to maintain a minimum of BTL & try to move to STL in 2013.

4. Maximize my earning by selling more & more Tripleclicks products online using my blogs.

5. Recruit more ECAs to build up by Legacy Income in the years to come.

6. Teach my downline the same thing what I do or help them in duplicating my methods of earning.

7. Finally, never quitting my SFI Business at any cost as I already quit it twice earlier. For that I regret so much today.

Characteristics Of Your Goal
1.Your goal must be specific
2.Your goal must have a deadline
3.Your goal must be written down
4.You must look at your goal daily
5.You must have a purpose behind your goal
6.You must create an action plan to achieve your goal

Setting a Goal is one thing and achieving it is another thing. Whatever is your goal be sure to pass it on to your affiliates. SFI is a Team business, you cannot succeed in SFI without the support of your team. Following the Goal of your Team Leader, Setting your own Goal and motivating your Team to follow your goal is the best way to succeed in SFI.

Good question! I read this quote before "He who aims at nothing will hit it" So goal is important. This is one question that we answered when we sign up for SFI. But that was about our long term goals.
Now the question is for this year 2013. Different affiliates are on different stages of their SFI business so the goal may differ. But generally there are stages here at SFI.
1) Stage 1 - Learning while earning a little.
The goal here will be to understand SFI business model and the success factors.
2) Stage 2 - building your foundation.
The goal here is to recruit massive affiliates. Which is the foundation of your business.
3) Stage 3 - Building the structures.
The goal here is to assist people in your organization to get established while you continue with stage 2. You also explore other possible income streams like ECA Price benders and others.
4) Stage 4 - Mentoring and maintaining.
The goal here is Mentoring the hard working people in your organization and maintaining what you are doing in stage 2 and 3 probably in lower intensity.

You can make detail plans out of these different stages. And sometimes this may not be linear but rather over lapping and parallel depending on your capacity and skills.
