SFI rules of Success no. 3 say "Lead by example". The best way to motivate downlines to become Team Leaders is to become a Team Leader yourself and show them how to do it . We cannot ask or expect our downlines to become a Team Leader if we are not a Team Leader ourselves . Compete with your Team, if you are leading your Team be sure that you have the highest Team Leader ranking in your Team . By doing this, you will be the one on the Lead of your Team . Reach your GOAL first then teach your downlines how you do it. We must Lead by Example and let our downlines duplicate our accomplishment . . .

Motivating multinational / multi language Affiliates is one of the greatest challenge that any SFI Affiliate can face. The first step that one should do is to open an avenue of communication between your uplines and Downlines. In my Team's case we create a Facebook SFI support group wherein member's can help each other create a message in local languages and send it to each respective affiliates so they will see a message from their upline in their local language. This help's the new affiliates who are not familiar with English language feel that somebody up the line is willing to help him/her jump start his/her SFI business.

My personal way of motivating my downlines is by sharing to them the status of my SFI business. By doing this, my downlines will see that they can really expect great result with their SFI business just by following their upline's example. The best way to motivate and lead people is by leading by example, your downline will follow whatever you do. If you don't do your best in your SFI businss then don't expect your downline to do it for you. Do your best and show the results to your Downlines and chances is that they will follow what you are doing.

I agree with Ms. Lisa Coverdale, our goal must pass her SMART criteria. It should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. In addition to that, our goal should have the following characteristics.

Characteristics Of Your Goal
1.Your goal must be specific
2.Your goal must have a deadline
3.Your goal must be written down
4.You must look at your goal daily
5.You must have a purpose behind your goal
6.You must create an action plan to achieve your goal

Setting a Goal is one thing and achieving it is another thing. Whatever is your goal be sure to pass it on to your affiliates. SFI is a Team business, you cannot succeed in SFI without the support of your team. Following the Goal of your Team Leader, Setting your own Goal and motivating your Team to follow your goal is the best way to succeed in SFI.
