On the other hand the seasoned SFI affiliate reads into the details of the badge, such as, the star sign above the rank etc. Both ways it's a win win situation, with various badges against your names, which goes to prove how serious you are with your business and how prospects/PSA's/CSA's look up to you for inspiration.

I personally love badges. Badges are impressive and beautiful. I also reflect how you have been active with SFI (milestones). You have people in your downline that visit your Leadership page regularly and as they do this, they see your SFI Badges. They may be interested in having same and so they upgrade by IAHBE, WAVE 3, Winning Pricebenders, etc. Remember, you are they leader. Be serious with your SFI business… be an example for your downlines to follow! This is how your badges can help build your SFI business.

I think badges are great, and I love collecting them and having them on my home page, just like my little girl likes to wear them on her dresses/shirts. BUT, I feel it means much more to your downline if you support them, teach them the ropes and encourage them. When I joined, I was very excited to see on my sponser's page, and I also wanted them. But, sadly, she never once communicated with me since I joined. It has been a month now. So, while I think badges is an important tool to use to encourage your downline, caring for and communicating with them is much more important. I would rather follow a leader with no badges at all, if only I have his/her support.

Labels speak for themselves--both to those who are judging their personal progress and also to me personally. I suppose it's like getting medals in the military. You can easily
see what you are missing--and make it your goal to add ONE NEW ONE. I look at my Upline to see how THEY are doing--and try to emulate the path success has set. Ir really points out the areas where I NEED TO IMPROVE. Some may be intimidated by the effort involved in reaching these labels. True--but they have been told to never quit so it is a means of establishing self-worth. When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

I have 10 badges each one represented hard and diligent work earned through persistence and perseverance. I wear them with pride and to show and encourage my downlines that they, too, can get them.
These badges are powerful tools to motivate all to do more for their business, to not give up when the going gets tough, as the tougher it gets the sweeter the badge that one gets.
Being ranked in the Top 10 Power Rank, being am E365 Finalist, for example are great motivating factors for new Affiliates, and if shown the proper way how to achieve them, the result will be duplication and growth in SFI business.
