Do as I have done over the pass 13 years in SFI keep sending group messages to all people in all levels below you and I have seen alot over the years start doing something even 11 months down the road before they get removed. Always make a statement at least once a month telling people they need to login into SFI within 360 days or they will be removed for not being active in SFI. That is all we can do you can lead a horse to water but you cannot force them to drink it same as people who join SFI

I asked some of my affiliates why they stopped or don't want to even start their SFI business. There are few who responded, Here are some of the answer.
1. They understand that they need to buy at least something and they don't have the capacity.
2. They don't understand the system.
3. The work is tremendous.
4. They don't have time.
5. It's too difficult to earn.

As Team leader I went through them on how to overcome what they said a problem of not continuing,

A good question is always thought-provoking. I had a lot of problems, puzzled, what can I do?
Even I have written letters to the group, and personally, do not understand anything. I thought I will try to explain in detail the daily tasks. Therefore, the task is made for photos and step-by-step commented, and then the whole thing I put into a Word document.
Of course, all of this in English and in my language too. This Word document to send to my group, and began work on this some.
Well,

Many people join because it is easy and they join through paid to click sites or
guaranteed sign up sites and are rewarded for joining by those sites.

What you need to do is give them something of great value for free to show them that
you actually value them as a person and not just as an economic gimmick or device
so you can make money.

You then need to provide incentives for them to continue to persist, usually by awarding TCredits based on their activity.

I believe it is like anything else in life...People join SFI because it is a FREE site to join, and then once they work through the information provided, they realize that it is not a "get rich quick" scheme and that they actually need to put in time, some money and effort to grow their own business.

Don't give up on them though. In the long run with regular email messages to encourage etc. from you, some of them might realize that this is a wonderful opportunity and start working

there really isn't much you can do with the inactive members and don't focus on them. They usually join cause they are looking to just join and become millionaires overnight. You should focus all of your attention to the ones who are active or are at least showing that they are trying.

Remember good friend, that eagles are not to be found in flocks, but only one at a time. Search for eagles in your group and soar with them daily!

They have to have the desire to succeed, they should have the ambition to check it out. You can give them all the reasons in the world, but the bottom line is if they want to stay where they are meaning they are comfortable with their situation, you will not change them. Only they can do that. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

Many people are joining because of money. They hope SFI would give them what they need without understanding the requisites. They join without the bother and the required diligence to learn the earning process.

In my opinion, first they join the site because their peers lures them to join and show them the greenery BUT onece they join and for want to RIGHT ADVICE AT THE RIGHT TIME, soon they begin to loose the interest and thus fail to achieve the desired goals.
