That is a good question.
First of all,its vital for us to acknowledge the fact that as an affiliate's Co-Sponsor, you'll earn 15% CV commissions on all their purchases every month plus matching VP in the TC pool.So definitely YES,they are part of my team so rewards and incentives are given to them the same as a PSA will have.
If they are getting a transfer of TCredits,Gift Certs etc, they all get the same. For me,apart from the percentage volume difference in commisions from purchases, there

Yes, I reward my active CSAs the same as I reward my active PSAs. All SFI affiliates are working together to promote TripleClicks and the products and services offered there. It is an honor to have the privilege of supporting other SFI affiliates directly, so I choose to reward active CSAs the same as I reward my active PSAs.

Yes, I do reward CSA the same as PSA. For me there's no matter PSA and CSA. I respect everyone and I treasure my team members. We're all in the same team.

Yes I do reward them alike. Many of my CSAs are much better and doing very well. Overall, I am benefiting from both, so I won't feel much difference, because:
1. I get commissions from their sales and purchases.
2. They ask me questions, share their experience, giving me knowledge and expertise.
3. They assist me in many ways and vote for me where it is required.
So working as one body and respecting and rewarding all alike makes a big difference.

Psa and CSa are both important to the growth of team. I learn from each affiliate and will support all affiliates that work each month to reach 500VP. I send out an acknowledgement an Affiliate reached the EA status. I check the genealogy report so that I do not miss anyone. I include my leadership page as a contact page so that they can see the rewards and incentives available. I ask for feedback. I know that we are in a virtual environment and communication needs to be two-way.

I wouldn't say I reward them the same as my PSA's but I do give credit where credit is due. Contests aren't ran for my CSA's but if/as I am able to, gift certificates are definitely my first choice of reward as they benefit everyone all around.

Truly speaking I haven't rewarded any of my CSAs equally as my PSAs but I do value them. Mainly the active ones, by active I mean those who are in regular touch with me. I haven't received much response from CSAs and so I decided to reward only the active ones and not equally as my PSAs. But I do communicate, solve their qurries and share tips/ideas with them same as I do with my PSAs.
The main reason for doing this is I believe that I don't want to stand up as their Sponsor and also want their

Of course the active PSA and CSA should be treated the same as they are aprt of your team. Please remember that you earn 15% of the purchases made th the CSA and why then would you not want to encourage them even more by rewarding them to continue strong with SFI as whatever they do you will all cash out on their activities/purchases.

BE SMART look at your taem as a whole and not just concetrating on you PSA.

Yes. I do reward my CSAs same as I do to my PSAs. For me there is no discrimination between a CSA and a PSA. I got many active CSAs from the Price-bender's auction who did all the things my PSA do to me. They shared their problems, asked for help. They communicated with me regularly and followed what all I said. At that time I decided to do the same with them as I did with my PSAs.
It is very much helpful, atleast in the sense of leadership and business even.

Yes I do.When it comes to performance, I don't differentiate between a CSA and a PSA. It's not the title that matters, but the drive that an individual has which at the end of the day adds to the EXECUTIVE POOL where we all earn commissions. Whoever endeavors to add to the EXECUTIVE POOL is so important to not only me, but the entire fraternity at SFI.
