What qualities does one need to have or to develop to be successful with SFI?

One must invest in your SFI business. If you do not invest anything into growing your business or building relationships you will reap sparingly. This can be learning everyday about the people who are on your team and about the SFI news. Be willing to share great ideas and find new ways to encourage you team.
If you sow seeds generously into your business, you will reap generously. Become the source of change and encouragement. Communicate with your team and answer their questions and thank everyone that makes an effort to be on your team.
When we change out expectation and begin to step up and take charge of our development and become the leaders, we have released the notion that we can change others. We have an ongoing self-development plan.
Have a plan to be consistent, lead by example and follow up. Plant a seed, you reap a harvest. Follow the SFI guidelines.

Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Psa and CSa are both important to the growth of team. I learn from each affiliate and will support all affiliates that work each month to reach 500VP. I send out an acknowledgement an Affiliate reached the EA status. I check the genealogy report so that I do not miss anyone. I include my leadership page as a contact page so that they can see the rewards and incentives available. I ask for feedback. I know that we are in a virtual environment and communication needs to be two-way.
In conclusion these are the steps that I take to reward active CSA's and PSA's
1. support all affiliates
2. send out acknowledgement of each step taken
3. reward EA status or higher
4. check geneology
5. communicate and ask for feedback
6. share your experiences and be authentic

How can I get more of my affiliates to upgrade to EA?

Connect with your affiliates
review the steps and check out their progress with each affiliate
check if the launch pad and basics have been completed.
encourage to set a income goal. Review the compensation plan with the affiliate
set a earnings calculator that can be met.
Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

To move from the level of EA to a Team Leader, one could do the following:
set up a standing order
participate in the share build coop
sign up for the Wave 3 and participate in the pricebenders and pick the price
log in daily for 330 points
set up a weekly message to your team
Set up a ECA and share your products on tripleclicks of your t connect
Get other ECA's in your local area to sell their products
share the business with others through flyers, cards and send Ecards
purchase some of the triplclicks products and give reviews
Place a quick response code on your flyers and cards
set your goal and daily work on your actions steps

I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

I share with my team about the importance of branding their site using a social media platform such as IBO and doing local advertising using the WAVE 3 suggestions and the QR code on flyers, encourage my team to connect with their facebook, twitter, google+ etc and share the daily deals of the day and pricebenders. I also suggest that they become an ECA and share their products with others.
