Do you reward your active CSAs the same as you reward your active PSAs? If not, how do you reward them?

Of course the active PSA and CSA should be treated the same as they are aprt of your team. Please remember that you earn 15% of the purchases made th the CSA and why then would you not want to encourage them even more by rewarding them to continue strong with SFI as whatever they do you will all cash out on their activities/purchases.
BE SMART look at your taem as a whole and not just concetrating on you PSA.
Now that I have qualified for the level of EA what do I need to do to advance to Team Leader?

I believe that the best way is teaching and encouraging those under you on how to advertise and duplicate. You might find that someone is interested in advertising however, they do not know where to start, which websites to advertise in, how to phrase their adverts etc. You as their sponsor need to be able to guide them and even if possible share with them an example of how you do your own advertising. If those under you are qualify as EA2 for that month you also get rewarded with 100 VP which are added to your points. Please keep encouraging your downlines constantly the importance of logging in daily and going through the to-do list. Remember you have to help your downlines to help you.
