I have a large downline, but few are advertising SFI. How can I get them to start advertising and marketing SFI?

I can agree with the answer of Rebecca Beasley, AFF (Kansas, US),where she said -one can lead the horse to the water, but one can not force him to drink-.
However it is the noble art of good leadership
a)to be oneself an enlighten example
b)show your affiliates how to make an ad,show them your examples, show your results(traffic),your hit tracker.
c)finally assist them where to find the "perfect" sites to advertise, related to their location, the ad subject, the targets,...
d)last

The best way to lead is by example! If you find that your downline is being less active than desired, make sure to let them know that you can see that things have slowed down - there could be a reason. Some days people wake up negative and a little inspiration is needed to get back into the swing of things. Send them inspiring messages and help them with new innovative ideas on how to market themselves - reinforce to them that they are valuable - we are all cogs in the machine and each play a vital

I agree with both J. P. Mombert, BTL (Belgium) and Rebecca Beasley, AFF (Kansas, US)about the newbies as new sign-ups more than likely haven't ever signed up on SFI and don't know what to do and you can't make the new affiliates do anything, they have to take action on their own. I would use the Genealogy Report everyday in condensed view to see who is making the most VP and signing in almost everyday and check your red "Moves" tab as well everyday. After determining who the movers are

Hello, Offer them some incentive, make it worth their while so to speak, send out encouragement through e-mails, offer them some of your T Credits, or gift certificates, just keep stroking them, but don't make it to obvious either, like don't let them think you are doing this just because you just want them to go out and earn for you. ( even though that is what their job entails) Right? Remember when you first got them what you were told? That their success is your success, something like that? I

I share with my team about the importance of branding their site using a social media platform such as IBO and doing local advertising using the WAVE 3 suggestions and the QR code on flyers, encourage my team to connect with their facebook, twitter, google+ etc and share the daily deals of the day and pricebenders. I also suggest that they become an ECA and share their products with others.

Recruiting members to SFI is a numbers game. The system is very straight forward and knowledgeable. With the 24 hour matching feature, if a new sign up does not make at least 1000 points in the first day they are not reading the information available to them. All you can do at that point is stream post and genealogy mail on the importance of logging on each day. Continue to recruit and focus your attnention on the people who actually do something.

Start with your affiliate greeting. Offer them shares in your S-Builder Co-Op or any other co-op you have. Give incentives like basing these shares rewards for gaining EA or whatever Team Leader status or the number of VP they earn. Offer help to them in any other way possible. Many affiliates do not have money to advertise at the beginning, so offering free advertising is great! Also, send weekly messages to all your affiliates and show them that it is important to log in every day and gain
