Hello, First Direct them to their Launchpad.
Second. Tell them to go to the affiliate center, and click onto the to-do-list.
Keep reminding them to collect as many versa points as they can, because they are equal to income.
Remind them to keep pushing for their Executive Affiliate position, because that is a higher income status of coarse. A standing order, this is most certainly a shoe in for the EA position.
I think if you can convince them of these things, this will get them going.

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

I know what you are going through, I have the same struggle myself, but this is what I have learned:
Duplication keep sending out those emails every week without fail, and remember if you can get 5 people under you, that have your work ethics, and your desires to succeed in this business, and the urge to make money, and work on a team. Then your good-to go.
But it is that struggle sometimes, for instance, you know when your going through your own emails, there are some that you will open, while the others get deleted, Right?
So what you need is a good eye catching headline. something captivating, something that sells. otherwise our emails will probably be deleted.
So my answer to your question is this, keep sending out those weekly emails, but check your headlines/subject make sure you put something that people will want to open. Remember it is the quality not quantity in the number of your workers, it is better to have the 5 good ones that work, that the other 100 that don't.
And never give up on them, you just may not have hit them with one of your eye catching headliners yet.

When I first came into SFI I was obviously a newbie, greener than the lawn, but with all the different things there are to read. First the Launch Pad, The Basics, The Power Tools ,The To-do list, etc, and the lists, go on. so KNOWLEDGE, is the main thing I have gained. And without actually even verbally speaking to anyone, and with all of the affiliates I have gained, so my downline, and my upline, COMMUNICATING with the people I work with, or my peers is another main one. Going through Gery Carson's Rules of success, and other Rules and Business Techniques a very important one would be ETHICS, You don't bring your other business's to the table so to speak. We are about SFI, and bring up, or mentioning by name or even the hint would just be unethical. 1.Knowledge 2.Communication 3.Ethics The list just goes on, International friendships can be made without even leaving the house, We can set up our stores, in the comfort of out homes. Thank you Sherry Robinson

1) Lead by example: make sure you have your EA, by having your standing order out of the way each month. That is the main thing. You can't really instill to your downline to do the same if you don't have it done. Right? 2) Make sure you send out your PSA/CSA Mailers out each week. Make sure your affiliates have there necessary VP's needed to get there EA's. Give them encouragement, yet keep reminding them that their success is your success. 3) Help each affiliate out with whatever he/she may need to get or continue his/her growth, help with advertisements, offer incentives if needed, like gift certificates TC Credits, etc. 4) Duplication, remember when sending out your PSA/CSA mailers that duplication is the essential key to this business. 5) Make sure each affiliate has their profiles and their account information all filled out, and help them to get started earning all the necessary Badges, and/or income levels they need to. I hope that I have given you answers you can use. Sherry Robinson

1. Every day on your launchpad (in your first 30 days) 15 pts. a day = 450 x a 30 period 2. Every day on your to-do list will earn you another 10 a day = 300 x a 30 period Go down the to-do list and there are weekly do's that will earn you 35 points a week making that 140-150 a month. Go to Genealogy under Hot Spots sent out Psa/Csa mailers earning you 30 points a week 90 a month. You need to get customers to buy things that get you alot of points, IAHBE Memberships, S-Builder Co-op, Items at Triple Clicks. I hope I have given you answers you can use.

Is it possible to build a substantial Income with SFI, within 3-5 years, by purchasing ONLY a few S-Builder Co-op shares each month?

What you are asking is if you can buy a few S-Builder Co-op Units each month, and basically leave your self, or your company on Auto pilot? If this is the question. Then my answer is basically, Is to ask you a couple of questions. Now the affiliates you will receive both from SFI, and Tripleclicks, each time you purchase 1 unit. what are your plans for them? They will be your earners. You will need to send them out weekly PSA/CSA letters. Letters of encouragements, welcome letters, etc, you will still need to advertise, and make sure your affiliates are doing the same. What do you mean by substantial income? How much is that for you? I guess if you just want to buy the units, and kick back and wait for some money, it could probably happen. Is this what you really want to do? Because this is not what SFI is all about. You need to put your work in, your time in, before you can basically leave it on auto pilot. If all you wish to do is invest, well then I say invest away, but it is not really fair to those affiliates coming into your downline. This is my answer.

Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

I am very new to SFI, but if I may. This is what I am thinking. Whether it is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th 105th generation I would support them the same as I would my first generation, they may not need the coaching as much, but they are still your Team mates, and your EARNERS, even though they have moved on a few generations or are just generations away, we all need support from time to time, you know that pat on the back every once in awhile, as humans. I would absolutely give them support once in awhile, and not leave it to someone else. This is my answer. Thank you. Sherry Robinson

Hello, Offer them some incentive, make it worth their while so to speak, send out encouragement through e-mails, offer them some of your T Credits, or gift certificates, just keep stroking them, but don't make it to obvious either, like don't let them think you are doing this just because you just want them to go out and earn for you. ( even though that is what their job entails) Right? Remember when you first got them what you were told? That their success is your success, something like that? I hope I have helped you a little bit. Sherry Robinson

Hello, if someone has just signed, and you discover they are online, you should start up a conversation with them, remind them to go to:
http://www.sfimg.com/gs2
By going to this link and reading through and clicking the go button, they get their fast track button, plus 500 of the Versa Points they need to get to their Executive Affiliate Position.
BUT!! There is a catch, they must do this within 24 hours of signing up at SFI.
After that then you can direct them to the basics, and the launchpad, and the to-do-list tab. Let them know how important right off just how important that collecting Versa Points are. That they are equal to income, and once they make their 1500 points they become Executive Affiliates which automatically puts them in a higher income bracket.
But if you can get them to earn that Fast Track this would be a great booster for them.

I have been told, and this goes for any business that you should always, know matter how much you earn, to put away 20% Even if you only earn $5.00 put away $ 4.00 or whatever 20% happens to be I believe it is $4.00 though. Anyway 20% is my answer. Sherry Robinson
