Mediocrity can be our enemy to career advancement and therefore, will undermine our success. The person applying a moderate or low quality of performance on his job won't achieve the best result and may sometimes quit. While success is a favorable outcome of something we planned and we attempted to do, it will surely boost for a higher results. Our attitudes toward our GOAL should include focus, patience, perseverance, hard work, long term planning, strong ability to attract positive reactions, emotional stability and good judgement. Einstein said " I believe the harder I work, the higher I get the benefit of its results." We all know, people who are successful put a lot of effort towards their goals.
