First off a sponsor should never lose touch with their PSA's/CSA's. We get 30 VP for sending out weekly Team Mailings. So there is simply no excuse other than illness. Lets say this happens. Do the following:

1. Send out a PSA/CSA Team mail offering help and support and include your phone number.

2. If you have resources, offer an incentive for them to become active.

3. If available, start a chat and learn if they need anything to become motivated.

An active sponsor is always connected with his downline as he knows that he is getting 120vps monthly for team mails.
Secondly, he knows that he will earn and grow if his downline will grow and be active.
So, if by some uncertain circumstances I lost connection for some time, I will immediately try my best to reconnect by:
1. Sending them Email or team mail motivating them to be progressive.
2. Offering them gift certificates either cash or tcredits.
3. Providing them my

As a sponsor you must not let this happen at any cost.

Yet if this happened, following can be done as a part of recovery:

1.Check your GENEALOGY, STREAM POSTS to know the things that happened in your down line in your absence.

2.Send a team mail individually to your down line members, apologizing and also notifying them regarding your return.(Also include appreciation for any achievement, in your absence)

3.Reward them (if possible) as a treat for being

Start with a group email apologizing and offering help. Do not ask them to buy anything. You will come off as just wanting to get something from them.

Second, send each a personal email, telling them that you are there to help.
Offer them something, if you are able, and don't let it happen again.

I lose contact with my downline . I committed, perhaps, the biggest Blunder at SFI . For it is the Downline that can raise me from Nadir to Zenith. First, I will make a Confession of my wrongdoing and then I will take a pledge to never ever commit the 'sin' of condescending towards my Downline . If I request with a repentant mood I will be forgiven by my downline and win over more love and affection by my straight confessions.

As a sponsor it is your duty to be in touch with the affiliates in your down line and you must follow it, yet if it is not done, you must do the following:

1.Send a team mail to all the affiliates in your down line.

2.Notify them by your a2a posts.

3.If any of your down line member is inactive for a long, contact them at their personal mail id.

In all your mails, let them know you are there to support them , be with them and also assure it will not be repeated

Start by putting yourself in their position. How would you feel if you were in their psoition? Now approach them the way you would want to be approached. Since they probably feel that you just want to make money from their efforts, make a honest effort to show that you care for them and want them to make money too. Perhaps purchase a gift certificate for them.

The sponsor should always be connected to their downline.

They have to send mails every week. This would help to earn Versapoints and also helps the downline think that there is someone always to help them.

Inspite of all this, if the sponsor has lost the connection with any of the downline, then, need to know the history of the downline member and need to understand him.

Then the sponsor has to contact that member, either through team talk, or PSA or CSA mailer or

Certainly you should maintain touch with your downline. First of all, let's address what not to do. Don't send out messages to you team constantly asking them to spend money when you don't. If you have a standing order then you may suggest it once in a while. But if you don't, don't think that your downline will not check your record! Secondly, don't send out 'me messages'. Your downline could careless about your accomplishments if you have not help them achieve theirs. Thirdly, don't send

First, the fact that a downline exists tells me that the affiliate has made a conscious effort in the past to create something for themselves by working and investing in THEIR business. SFI is a long term commitment and some, as shown by reassigned co-sponsors, have a difficult time keeping up the necessary enthusiasm to make their business succeed.
My suggestion is for the affiliate to re-dedicate themselves to success.
The downline should be looked at as individuals, not as a group. Take
