How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Hi,

You should communicate with your sponsor as often as it takes for you to understand and know the business.
You should communicate with your sponsor to find out what it is that they want you to duplicate.
You should also communicate with your sponsor when he/she asks you a question, asks you for suggestions or feedback.
Your sponsor would probably appreciate it if he/she asks a quesiton, and it is answered.

My answer would be as much as you need them in the beginning, and then throughout as your start learning and growing.
My experience with my Sponsor is great. As soon as I joined SFI and became a member, I immediately had a welcome email from my Sponsor. I was overwhelmed that somebody took the time to welcome me, so I immediately responded by replying to my Sponsors email.

Great question:

In my opinion, you should stay in contact at least once a week, even if just to say hello. After all, your SFI business relies on your participation, but you are also working with a Team that as you work together you can have awesome results. Always contact your Sponsor or Upline with any questions you may have. I have learned that most every answer is available in the SFI training materials, but finding it sometimes is a difficult task.

As often as you need to in my opinion.

I think every sponsor would like to hear from their affiliate at some point. The sooner the better, as it opens up the lines of communication and allows your sponsor to give you the necessary guidance that you many require and build a friendship in the process.

There are so many times I have written to my team hoping that they will respond with even just a note to say 'Hi!'

For me I will communicate with my sponsor and my co-sponsor as often as I need their advice and some thing that I need clarifications. I always leave messages to them but unfortunately they did not answer me as soon as I need it. Consequently, I seek for other source of information to only two A2A friend (thanks for them) and the forum. I visit forum regularly so I can read whether I can find some question that is similar to my question and advice from knowledgeable upline affiliates.

Good question.
The answer lies in the accessibility of your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor.
Not everyone is a strong communicator.
Some are very adept at talking to perfect strangers without humility.
Others find it a little more difficult, but, manage fairly well with
tools and training.
And, then there is the rest of us who have to learn almost everything
up front to gain the confidence to openly communicate on a subject.

Since many sponsors are working with hundreds of affiliates you may try to reserve non urgent questions until you have 2-3 to ask.

I wouldn't be the person who goes to their sponsor on every question for sure. Where possible do your research, use the search box, forum, Ask SC, and Support FAQ's as much as possible so you can focus on what hasn't already been covered a hundred times over.

There is no certain number of times you should communicate with your Sponsor or/and your Co-Sponsor. While you are learning the basics, you will have many more questions than you will have after you have been in business for say a year or longer. Any time you have a question you can't find an answer for, contact your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. That's the reason they are there.

Personally, I feel it is much more beneficial to an affiliate to attempt to find the answer themselves by searching

I have read the answers given by other authors, and I agree with all of them: This should be dependent on your needs.

There is however another side to this too. As a Sponsor, it feels good when you receive an message from an Affiliate just to say "hello", or a message to thank him / her for their views or tips shared.

Sometimes an Affiliate share his own experiences and successes with me, and I can share this as an motivational tip eith the rest of the Team.

This is a good question?

With contacting your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor you need to have some form of communication with both of them, if you have a question for them, then as long as you take into consideration that they will be communicating with their other Team members, you should ask them?
If one of your down line has a question you can't answer? Then hopefully your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor are at hand to give you an answer?
