This is a very thought provoking question and this is what I feel.

You will be a good Team Leader if you have:

Conviction - this will give you the motivation and purpose to become a great team leader.
You need to believe without a doubt, that SFI is the vehicle that will propel you to success.

Commitment - you must be committed to the business 110%. Follow the guidelines laid down by SFI to become an awesome sponsor.

Confidence - when your team 'sees' your confidence, in terms of the badges you have received, your presence in the forum, through your newsletters etc, they will believe that the future with SFI is promising and that you have the ability to help them grow and take them to the next level.

Positive attitude - it's easy to be upbeat when things are going well. It is when things go downhill that you need to rise to the challenge and overcome the pitfalls. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. :)

Communication skills - be open to feedback from the team. Both good and bad. You will need to learn how to deal with individual team members in a way that gets the point across without stepping on toes. Remember, you will be dealing with many different personalities. This will create a closeness with your team.

Appreciation - be appreciative of your team. By assuring them that what they do matters, you are encouraging them to move forward enthusiastically towards achieving their goals.

If you would like to move up the leadership level, you can do so easily by investing further into your business. Keep your sponsor, co sponsor in the loop. They will be a great source of help and inspiration. You will also get a lot of help from our Forum.

The following month and onwards, I would suggest you add $1 to the $50 you already have and invest in these two main items as your Standing Order as well as continue doing your daily and weekly tasks.

1. 100 T Credits - $29 - 1200 VPs
2. S Builder Co op Unit - $22 - 280 VPs

TCredits are a special TripleClicks currency that can be used to purchase products, for member listings, for bidding on Pricebenders auctions, downloading music, playing Eager Zebra games, and more.

S Builder Co op Unit will get you PSAs and PRMs that are crucial in growing your business.

Once your PSAs start coming in, you will need to dedicate time to guide them in their journey. PRMs are looked after by TripleClicks so they will not need your guidance.

If your PSA does not have a credit card it's not a problem because there is T Currency that they can use instead to buy products or place a Standing Order.

I have been very lucky in that I have a very responsive sponsor as well as co-sponsor.

In the case that one's sponsor is non-responsive, the first thing to do would be to gear up to be self reliant. This is not a difficult task with the quality of the training program that SFI brings to you.

SFI has many avenues that help out an affiliate.

I have learnt a lot from the following:

- The free training provided, especially the LaunchPad lessons.

- The Forum, where members come together to assist you very generously.

- The ASK SC question/answer sessions that give a lot of insight to the business and what you can do to make progress.

- My A2A friends, who provide a lot of inspiration and motivation when the going gets tough.

I would also look at this as a yardstick to measure myself when I start building my team and try to be a sponsor I would have wanted but never had.

So, in my opinion, having a non-responsive sponsor should, in no way, hinder your progress with SFI!

Hello.

I am assuming here that you have collected all the one time Action VPs from your to do list.

The best way to earn AVPs to progress would be as follows:

- log in daily and get 11 VPs by visiting your red tabs
- your weekly tasks which would get you 38 VPs per week (less if you do not qualify to send out a mailer)
- your monthly task: 10 VPs for sponsor rating (EA2 and above)
5 VPs for setting your monthly goal (has to be done before the 10th)

- 100 VPs for a Standing Order of 1500 VPs or more

Now, if your SO is T credits then per month:

- you can get 1VP per each T credit you use in the auction. The maximum limit of AVPs are 500.
- you can get 1 VP for each T Credit you use in the Eager Zebra games and the same for Pick the Price competition you enter for the Auctions. The maximum bids here are 200 VPs.
- you can get 1VP for each of your member listing. Limit is 50.
- you can get 1 VP for each song you download. Limit is 50.

Developing your team is another guaranteed way of getting you AVPs.
- EA2 get you 100 VPs
- BTL get you 150 VPs
- STL get you 200 VPs
- GTL get you 250 VPs
- PTL get you 300 VPs

For each approved ECA that you have introduced and once they have sales of 10$, you get 100 VPs .

For items that you have purchased from TripleClicks, you get 25VPs per review per first time purchase.

A great way for getting AVPs is getting a pack of 30 gift cards. Distributing them will get you 10 VPs each that is 300VPs per month.

Some other ways you can get VPs are by winning the Daily Grand, E 365 competition, submitting an answer for the ASK SC questions and getting 100/50/25 VPs depending on the most popular answers (EA2 and above), gift card drawings. But these are dependent on Lady Luck! :)

To sum up....just go to your to do list and see what task has an 'A' beside it. Those give you AVPs! :)

You need to get two sets of versa points : Action and Sales.

ACTION VPs

The best way to get these is to build a team.

You get rewarded for every Executive Affiliate(s) and Team Leader(s) you generate.

This is apart from all the other tasks you can do such as the daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Refer to your to do list.
All tasks listed with 'A' in the column are those that will deliver action VPs.


SALES VPs

The best way to get these is to generate sales.

Please refer to the marketing section on your affiliate homepage.

The other way to do this is to buy products, that you would normally buy elsewhere, from Tripleclicks.

A little investment in the manner suggested above will help you build trust in your store and allow you to generate reviews for the products that you have bought which in turn will generate sales thereby increasing your income and business.

By all means get a license. It's annual. Costs $35.

Then connect via a2a with the affiliates in your county and let them know that your store provides T currency.

Don't forget to provide the best possible rate so that you get good T currency sales.

As often as you need to in my opinion.

I think every sponsor would like to hear from their affiliate at some point. The sooner the better, as it opens up the lines of communication and allows your sponsor to give you the necessary guidance that you many require and build a friendship in the process.

There are so many times I have written to my team hoping that they will respond with even just a note to say 'Hi!'

So, yes, I feel that you should communicate with them whenever you need to and at times just to say hello if there is nothing pressing that you need help with.
