Answer to this question is in the question itself. Secret is to become a Team Leader.Not BTL/STL etc because we can buy it. In its true sense.Leader of a Team -Vibrant and working.

Fully utilize TCredits and Member Reward Point.
Step 1: Standing order for TCredits 125 Pack.
Step 2: Spend all in Pricebender, you rewarded with at least 625 MRP.
Step 3: Buy back 5 single TCredits by 126 TCredits each.

The secret is you must have a team to be a Team Leader.

After you have taken care of your EA/EA2 status, you have to recruit PRMs, or advertise for PSAs, or join SBuilder co-op to get some sign ups. This is a permanent concern as very few of them will start working hard right away. So out of considerable numbers there will be some and it’s your responsibility to teach them how to succeed.

Hello thanks for asking

To qualify for a TEAM LEADER position we need to go back to our basics.

1. Do your dailies by reviewing you red tabs.

2. Duplicate more PSA's by making them qualify for at least EA every month that is if you have 100PSA WORKING EFFECTIVELY then 100*100 = 10000VP per month.

3. Make standing order to earn 1500VP

4. Register PRM and ECA so as to earn both cash and VP as they start working effectively.

From what I understand and been told so far from my uplines:

-Log In daily and complete your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tasks. Accumulating as much VP in order to qualify for ranks above EA become easier in doing these as often as possible.
-Keep a Standing Order of a minimum of 1500-2000 VP, this can be done by purchasing a 125 T-Credit Pack, or an IAHBE Membership, along with a combination of other products you can choose from that may take you above 1500 VP.

One sure way is to have a Standing Order worth 1500VP then you have your monthly ACTION points worth 565VP. This brings you to above 2000VP points.

You can then choose to purchase another 500VP worth of products from TripleClicks and make sure that you have 5 people who become Executive Affiliates under you again for the second month, or you could just ensure that you have 10 people under you who re-qualify for Executive Affiliate status in their second month.

It's so easy...

1. Build a strong team with 6 EA members, this min. 600 VP per months.
2. Purchase min. 1500 VP item wiht standing order, this 1600 VP per months
3. Buy any for 500 VP (maximum VP with purchase )

Example:
Daily Actions 30*11= 330 VP,
Weekly Actions 4*35= 140 VP,
Monthly Actions 15 VP,

Total: 3085 VP you will BTL.....

and you nothing sale and just with 5 members.....

To qualify easily for the rank of Team Leader, you should have a Standing Order (SO) with 1500VP. In that way you will only need a portion of the VP to become a Team Leader.

Join in Auctions of PSA or CSA. and if you are lucky enough to win, you will have a good downline and you can teach them to duplicate what you are doing, giving you some vp and commissions.

I would say that there is no secret to it. You just have to be persistent in doing the necessary things to obtain the points necessary to be achieve the ranking you're looking to achieve.

For instance by going to your VP Ledger and going through all of those actions every day is a start. The next thing would be to go through you To-Do-List everyday.
