Every new life needs a guide to assist in building career so that one can be successful in life and also may render similar help in future to others.

Same as in the sfi every new affiliate is new plant who has just come to the land of sfi and tripleclicks. He/she needs support from one who can stand up for his /her every little success.

Generally every new affiliate is offered

1. A Sponsor who is the first generation care taker of the the PSA and

2. Co Sponsor who also support the affiliates to make them successful in sfi.

Besides these there are lot of supports are there in the sfi

3. A2A connections: An affiliate can contact other sfi members through a2a search and can exchange thoughts and business ideas and also can seek help from them.

4. Forum: Affiliate can get help and supportive messages and ideas from the forum members.

5. Upline Team members: If the affiliate need mentor they can contact their upline team members through team mails, phone calls etc. They are the experience enough
to give the new affiliates suggestions and helping messages.

6. Gery Carson’s stream post/forum, ASC Gery, Sfi News, Suggestion Box etc. can be good mentor.

7.ASC SC pages can also be a good mentor of any one. There are lot of questions & answers .Many affiliates have felt different situations and they have clarify their query through Ask Sc. Browse those questions and answers & apply them in your business strategies.


8. Support: Almost all the information are available at support page. After submitting tickets one can get the solution of any query.

9.IAHBE: There are lot of business tutorials and books are there in IAHBE.

10.Launchpad Lessons are the road maps of this business.

If your sponsor asks to place a standing order, don't take offense at this. Investing some money in your business makes your sponsor commissions, but we all realize that it is a step toward learning the system, products and benefiting from TripleClicks.

Don't think everyone above you is getting wealthy while you're the only one losing money. We have all lost some investment from time to time. You can't start a brick and mortar or online business without some investment of time or money and probably both.

By purchasing products you support your own business as well. ECAs or affiliates will be very pleased to get the orders and you will be building valuable VP and MRP.

You don't have to spend a dime, but in general that leaves you depending on others to make you successful. It doesn't work that way. You hold the key, Only you can take the actions needed to succeed. If your truly committed, you will succeed. To have that mindset you need to believe in yourself. It's not, as they say "Rocket Science", it just takes determination, persistence and patience.

As you move up in rank you will see the doors start to open. So, what are you waiting for? Contact your sponsor, co-sponsor etc. then, take their advice and take action!

By the SFI system, your mentor should be your sponsor and/or co-sponsor.
But as we've learned recently at AskSC, not every sponsor is stepping up,
so if you're not hearing from your sponsor/co-sponsor weekly then ...


Leaders can spot committed/interested people.
SFI leaders know that in order to succeed they must help others.

So ...
If you need a mentor, then get yourself noticed.
How? By participating.

Make lots of a2a friends - particularly team leaders and your country's leading affiliates (I suggest you a2a-friend your country's top 10 affiliates).
Post regularly on the a2a-stream tab.
Respond positively to other people's stream-tab comments.
Participate at Forum.
Earn yourself badges.

Then,
Decide what sort of mentor you need:
- do you need help advertising?
- do you need help marketing?
- do you need help writing weekly emails?
- do you need help navigating your SFI webpage?
- do you need help navigating the TripleClicks webpage?
- do you need help winning an auction at TripleClicks?
- do you need help paying for things at TripleClicks? e.g. your credit card was declined

Once you understand your need, look for people with the answers.
For example,
- one of my upline is a PTL marketing genius! I look to him for help building my team.
- time & time again I see a PTL boasting in the achievements of his team. I look to follow his example.
- an STL a2a-friend always has answers for people. I got in touch with him about the E365 game.
- I wanted to become an ECA. I contacted a BTL ECA a2a-friend from my country and asked his advice.
- I needed true & correct information, so I emailed a BTL a2a-friend who’s an SFI moderator.
- I wanted to make SFI my income source for life. I looked to myself, made decisions and changed my habits.

The best way to find a mentor in SFI:

1. Contact sponsors
Contact the sponsor is the right first step. Sponsors know the various activities at SFI. Sponsorship is the most interested party will be the success of an affiliate. Sponsor the most party ready with answers when affiliates asking questions.
When recruiting, sponsors need to do is prepare yourself by studying the various activities in the SFI keener as a provision on supervision activities of affiliates.

2. Contact the co sponsors
Contact the co sponsorship is an important step. Co sponsors provided by SFI as sponsors assistant to guide the affiliate success. Co sponsor the parties concerned will be the success of an affiliate. Co sponsor the party ready with answers when affiliates asking questions.
When there is a duty to affiliates as a sponsor, he was judged to have the ability do guidance and has been qualified by the SFI


3. Contact your upline
Contact your upline is a smart move. Upline know activities at SFI. Upline is the parties concerned will be the success of an affiliate. The party's Upline ready with answers when affiliates asking questions. This is a form of responsibility to assist the downline upline performing guidance. Upline is the most benefited if the sponsor withdrew from SFI. If sponsors withdraw/issued from SFI, the affiliate will be handed over to the upline.

4. Join in the forum
Join in the forum is an important step. Affiliates can ask a question to all the forum members based on categories that have been provided and it will get a response from some members of the forum. Affiliates can establish two-way communication with the members of the forum.

5. Join in A2A
Join A2A is a good move. Many members of the A2A which was willing to answer questions. When asking a question to a friend in A2A, should we choose friends who have achieved success, he will be able to answer the question based on the experience that has been traversed.

7. Learn material on ASK SC
Study on the ASK is the right choice. In ASK affiliates can study on the questions and answers with specific categories and specific issues as well.
Any questions on ASK will get a response from some of the affiliate.
Some of the answers were rated by all affiliates. The answers obtained good value by most affiliates will be loaded on a delivery that question.

Your ideal mentor should be your Sponsor.
If that person does not offer the motivation that you seek here are a few suggestions:

Try your co-sponsor.

Seek A2A friends with persons who you see moving up in SFI, this way you will receive their posts in your stream.

Go to the forum, look at the persons who always seem to motivate and seem willing to assist others, then seek to be their A2A friend.

Of course you can also look further in your upline to see who else is willing to motivate you.

Always give good tips and advice yourself and other motivators will seek you out.

I need a mentor!
That is what I said to myself for weeks.
Then it came to me, if I read, read and read some more maybe I will just find it on my own. And I did!!
When I first started here at SFI, I asked my up line questions every day. He answered them all! But I realized he was new just like me and maybe he needed answers too.
It is then I said, "I can do this with the help of all in SFI"..I have many Mentors, ask SC, the Forum, Launch Pad Lessons, IAHBE, A2A, Stream, SFI news, Marketing Center, and the reference tab....My mentors were every where!!!
I think if you want something strong enough, you will find you are the only one with the power to make you successful!

It is always nice to have a mentor to look up to, at times of confusion and doubt. But it is not necessary that it has to be your sponsor, because a mentor should be in a position to mentor and guide others mainly by virtue of his or her experience and success, achieved in SFI. Therefore the affiliates who are lucky may get such seniors as sponsors. Obviously the one who has asked this question may not have been that lucky.

The guidance is most needed when the affiliate is relatively new and that guidance is to be continued for a few months. Though SFI has training material that covers every aspect of activities in SFI, why an affiliate seeks the guidance of a mentor is to get the solution faster from the one who might have gone through such situations.
But then why restrict with just one mentor, SFI has excellent platforms wherein one can find many mentors.

Hang around the forum and Ask Sc. There you will find many peers whose answers and posts on tips will inspire you greatly. All you have to do is to click on the members’ profile and send an A2A request. You can have as many A2A friends as you want and seek their help when necessary. Definitely someone among them will address your problem and advice you accordingly.

The best way I can recommend one to get many mentors is to join one of the groups in social media which is dedicated exclusively for SFI . There you can discuss and interact with many experienced members on daily basis to sort out your difficulties with matters concerning SFI.

There are many noble Team Leaders rendering selfless services in many such social groups.

The A2A tool enables the affiliate to exchange messages to fellow affiliates worldwide. The search capabilities of the a2a tool can enable you to identify affiliates in your country, region or locality, therefore, it is a powerful source of searching for a mentor.

3)SPONSOR\ CO-SPONSOR \ OTHER UPLINE LEADERS

The structure of sfi as it pertains to"mentoring is that upon registration, an affiliate is assigned a sponsor, co-sponsor and other leaders whose primary responsibility is to see that the affiliate kick starts his\her sfi business without any hitch. This is a form of mentoring.

However it important to note that a mentor is not just any person but someone who tells you to do what he\she does that produces positive results. He is quite different from an adviser who tells what to do something but he may not have taken any action on what he advises you on.

First, go to your Sponsor. Try a little give and take asking questions, getting answers. If you are not satisfied, go to your Co-Sponsor, do same again.

While you are trying out your upline, be reading the LaunchPad lessons, be doubly sure to rate at least 10 answers DAILY at askSC (one of the red tabs), there is much to be learned that way.

And the Forum (check out the questions/comments listed on Alerts page) is an absolutely great way to get information. The responses may answer a question, clarify something, or just encourage. Whatever you find by reading the responses to all that is posted under Forum on Alerts page will be educational in some way.

And don't forget a2a friends. Pick some friends, ask some questions. If they know, they will tell you, or tell you where to find the answer.
