This is how I will put it in writing. You can make your own statements but the idea is to create excitement and motivation so they take action to elevate the number of CSAs they could receive.

I would like to share with you my excitement since I heard about SFI’s new CSA Rewards Program. As SFI is experiencing a significant growth in 2016, more CSAs are and will be available to be split among us. These CSAs will be rewarded to all of us who are active based on our standing orders, rank and badges.

I made a calculation and based on my standing order , rank and badges I should be receiving around ''X'' CSAs each month ( assuming X=20 ) , that’s 240 CSAs / year ! that values more than $ 400 ! However the real value to me is the 15 % of the CV of all their purchases I will be receiving for lifetime and all the matching VP if I maintain a Team Leader position.

On top of this monthly reward, I understood that there are more than 25.000 CSAs to be split on those affiliates who have standing orders of more than 1500 VP by the end of February.

SFI has been regularly coming out with great ideas which if implemented by the affiliates will result in good team building as well as reasonable earnings every month.

New CSA Rewards Program is yet another gem that tends to reward people who really love to grow and achieve great things together with their team.

By setting up a Standing Order for a minimum of 1500 VP one will be able to get 10 CSAs every month. This way, one will be able to build the team quickly.

Apart from the above, with a standing order for a minimum 1500 VP, one will have the following advantages:

a. Please send a message or a letter the way you usually do. Since your Team Members are familiar with the way you write, it will be quite advantageous if you follow your usual way of wording messages/letters.

b. Keep it very short.

c. But do not fail to cover all these points and high light them with colors, where ever you feel essential.

d. After sending the mail or a letter, please remind them by posting the message reference in the Stream post.

So, how to make a good message or letter to inform your PSAs about new CSA Rewards program?

First, a good message or letter should open with a clear statement of purpose. SFI is getting better and better each day, each month and each year as time progress,
and It is really a great opportunity especially for new comers as well as inactive affiliates
than for those once been here at least a year or more interims of explaining the new

The older affiliates know the difference and know what it means to build their business and
We didn’t have this luxury before. By what I mean is there were no difference in terms of
having new CSA’s regardless how many versa point on standing order we have, either
1500 or 6000 thousand , we get 2 CSA’s per month, so it is no brainier for the once been
here for a while to take advantage of this to get more CSA’s . so your work is cut out for you
In this aspects except remind them the new change if they don’t know it by now.

You can send a reminder and a link via stream post or weekly mail to be aware of it.

For your new PSA’s also don’t forget your CSA’s as well since some of them have no active
Sponsor to include them either old or new.

1. How it works is that you must be an EA monthly, to acquire and retain your CSAs (2 CSAs).
2. Sfi just introduced a new CSA Reward system. I believe the way they have structured it is very powerful!

The reason is we earn most of our money by what our PSA's and CSA's purchase at the Tripleclicks Store.

They are now rewarding ANYONE with a minimum of 1500 VP Standing Order and above, with many CSA's. While many of your CSA's won't do anything, many will. And YOU WILL EARN.

This is also a great way to encourage people to purchase their 1500 minimum VP Standing Order, which is the first step to EA Status, and is needed to help you move up the ranks to Diamond.

So we are getting rewarded for doing what we need to do anyway, and rewarded in a way that will help us earn more money.

The first thing to do is to ensure your 1500 or above VP standing order is in place.

In communicating this great news to your downline, bear in mind that you are dealing with two types of affiliates;
Existing/old members and
The “Newbies” or just enrolled.
And therefore the manner in which you correspond should be proportionate with the target.
I would say for the first type, that is your existing or established downline, it is a case of sharing and reminding them if they have not yet read the news. I would therefore send a short message or “Excited E-Card” like:

“Dear [Name]………In case you have not seen the latest announcement, we now have an additional way of strengthening our teams through the new CSAs rewards scheme linked with setting up a standing order of at least 1500 versa points. Check the rest of this exciting news at:

So if you set up a standing order of 1500, 2000 or 3000 versa points, you will not only be maintaining your EA2 or team Team Leader Status such as BTL and above but will also be gaining from 10 to 20 CSAs every month as long as your SO is active.”

For affiliates who have just joined your team, I would suggest sending them more details, preferably in the welcoming letter. Because they are new to SFI, it is important that they are made aware of this as early as possible since they also have other training materials to read. Your guidance will ensure that they do not miss this great opportunity. Therefore in your welcoming letter, you can among other items include the following paragraph:

“And I also wanted to let you know that if you set up a standing order with a value of 1500 or more versa points, you will be entitled to receive 10 or more CSAs every month depending on the size of your Standing Order. Take advantage of this incentive to grow your team. This is a new initiative by SFI and you can see the details at:

In conclusion it is also worth remembering that regardless of the quantity of PSAs or CSAs you get, it is vital that you respond to them when they need your help. This will ensure that those members who are working do not feel ignored and backslide to the list of inactive affiliates.
