This is a good question. Social Media can be overwhelming. Everyone uses it and abuses it.
Most people are skeptical about work from home jobs because most have been scams.
I encourage you to get your team to build their own Down-Line builder websites. This can be a training site for those who are already sponsored by you or it can be motivation for those you are trying to recruit. I have a website that I promote to recruit PSA's and TC members. You can only train your team to promote SFI on Social Media if you yourself had been promoting SFI or TC successfully for some time. After you advertise on Social Media, you gather experience that can be passed on to your team down the line.

There are basically three good Social Media where people promote their business opportunities and they are:

From my own experiences looking back, it was advised to follow or duplicate our up line. We were instructed by our leaders to do things that were not considered ethical in many cases. As in these many cases we also had leaders who were not even aware that they were teaching their team members how to spam.

As for me, in thongs like that, i invite them to a social media, i use especially Whatsapp to do this. How?

1. I need an image editor especially one i can draw on the image. Example is Photo grid. I usually do this on my mobile.

2. My tablet also allows me to take a shot of the page i currently open, this is called screen shot.

3. In teachong them, take any image of what you want them to understand example, where to input a link or image or the product or so.

You can extract simple while important messages from guidelines of SFI, informing these extractions to your team members and let them understood. You should teach them how to set-up banners, how to place ads in social media.
