If you actually say “Do you mind if we speak in your language? you would be surprised how often this works!Use google tranclate to talk ! This is how i talk to most of my affiliates who dont speek english! Keeping the conversation in that language

You can, due to recent and not so recent history to communicate with people in several languages like: Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Bosnian. Try with people speaking this languages and if they don't speak English, suggest them to use translator located in the lower right angle of every sheet. In that same way you can communicate with any other group of people whose languages you know. Also, Google Translator can be a great help!

Be sure and keep a page in Notepad for saving the answer to that question! You sure do not want to ask them again.
Ask all your active team members if they speak more than one language.Write that down too.

The SFI company, we have the possibility to work, everyone. Even people who do not speak English. On each side of the bottom right is the ability to choose any language. And what's even better, all you can read in their own language and when you click on the content, the shows in English.
