Do your research. Make sure the opt-in mailing company is appropriate and reputable, and don't use an SFI-provided Gateway URL.

Abiding by the Affiliate Agreement rules:

* Be sure to mention that you are only an independent SFI affiliate, and not an employee or staff member of SFI.

* Make no claims or promises about how much one might earn at SFI, other than what is already mentioned or explained on the SFI website.

* Never mention your own earnings anywhere, to anyone.

For instance, you can talk about an offer with a limited time frame to be viewed e.g Limited Offer Sales at Tripleclicks.com. A prospect would be interested in viewing the product that is for sale at Tripleclicks as the subject needs to catch the attention of the reader.

2. Email should be automated:- The Email you are sending out should be automated as you are sending mails to a group of people. If they are to respond, you cannot possibly do it manually as it could be very tiresome reading bulk emails especially if you had updated information on your personal website or blog and you dropped your Email. First know the SFI rules do and don’t to be on the safe side and to make your email
campaign effective.
I would say in general not to promise to your audience that they are guaranteed to make
Money with little or no effort, and they can be reach over night like most online business

If there is a special promotion like we have right now the signup bonuses let your prospects

One thing you have to be very careful is also not to send emails to subscribers without their
consent. People will not take your business seriously if you send spam. In fact, many may

There are great ways to develop SFI email campaign, I believe we all will need inspiration to do our jobs better. It doesn't matter whether you're a marketing veteran or a newbie -- we all need examples of outstanding content which I believe have been provided on the SFI marketing page.

Making a an email campaign isn't all that easy except you have had the perfect content to caught the audience you targeting. To have people subscribe to your email campaign you most have what they need and be ready to display it within short minutes.

To make an SFI email campaign that works

1. You need to have great subjectline

2. Have an awesomely written preview text about SFI or the product you are advertising.

3. Simplicity: Give your points in brief description to quickly pass on the message rather than being bulky.

4. Include your TripleClicks gift card offers: Its a way of reminding prospect that SFI and TripleClicks exist.

5. Have a great layout: Each email features should have distinct sections (one for the SFI menu, one for Tripleclicks products, and one for the tips, Sign ups/Co-Ops). This means you don't have to go hunting for information, you know exactly where to look after an email or two.

6. Drop a Call-To-Action question: it forces recipients to think to themselves, such as "Wait, when is Mother's Day again? Did I buy Mom a card?".

7. Provide Feedback pages to help them drop there preference of TripleClicks products.

So long as your email campaign is not soliciting for helps from prospects and your are not spamming their email boxes, SFI has no restrictions to your mails. To make it easier use the SFI marketing tools.

If you have your own list you can do very effective email campaigns using an autoresponder and Google docs. I use my Gmail contact list and Google plus list in Google.docs, emailing them in groups using the Google app for group mailing. I advertise my autoresponder, adding them to my SFI campaign where I have 11 letters that go out on a schedule.

Use splash pages, there are several available in both SFI marketing and some TCECA members make them also. These work well in free and paid safe lists. You can have a splash page that advertises every aspect of SFI through clickable banners and print. That way if they don't fill out your opt in form, they can click on the banners and text ads for an official SFI gateway.

Send periodic TC E-cards to your friends and relatives. You can send out 10 every day, and these are quite effective.

Send SFI text ads to your contact list in gmail, yahoo or whatever. Send SFI ads to your spam list in your emailer, using the reply function or even make a list of their email addresses. Again you can use Google.docs to email a group.

What is against SFI rules is purchasing a list of questionable email addresses, or scraping them off the internet using some software and sending them what could be construed as spam because you have not had any personal contact with them.

Always put an unsubscribe message on every email you send. I also put a short blurb in as to how this is not scam mail. For instance: "This is not spam, I was fortunate enough to receive an email from you. Thank you."

4. Keep your audience captivated, from your subject to your call to action. It will ensure your audience WANT to find out more and will search for the link to conclude the transaction.
5. Have a good CALL TO ACTION just before your link to ensure your audience really yearns to click and will click your link.
6. Remember: you can try to captivate your audience, but if they are not interested you won't get results. Your results are determined by your audience's attitude, willingness and own mind, not yours. You can just do your best. Click thru rates might be high, but engagement rates (those who actually sign up) are normally low, e.g. your click thru rate might be 50% to 80%, but your engagement rate might be 0% to 10%.

For the benefit of every one, let's understand the following conditions in our SFI Affiliate Agreement, on Spamming, etc:

10. Affiliate agrees to not utilize SPAM in promoting SFI. SFI maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of SPAM, including, but not limited to, unsolicited commercial E-mail (UCE). This action may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Affiliate account with a cancellation of and possible forfeiture of any pending commissions. Affiliate will also be in violation of the SFI Affiliate Agreement and subject to legal action and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by SFI.

For the purpose of this agreement SPAM is defined as e-mailing, faxing, or telephoning ANYONE, in bulk or individually, in violation of all anti-spamming and applicable laws or regulations for the country, state, county, and city where the intended recipient resides. The Affiliate is under obligation to research and comply with all laws concerning unsolicited commercial e-mail. Under United States law, it is unlawful "to use any telephone, facsmile machine, computer, or other device to send an unsolicited advertisement. Electronic mail advertisement means any e-mail message, the principal purpose of which is to promote, directly or indirectly, the sale or other distribution of goods or services to the recipient." SFI further defines SPAM as contacting anyone, in bulk or individually, about SFI, who has not specifically requested the information directly from Affiliate. The ONLY exceptions to this rule are:

A. Sending SFI E-Cards to your family and friends. You can send up to 10 E-Cards a day.

B. Mailing to APPROPRIATE OPT-IN mailing lists where the source does the mailing on Affiliate's behalf AND you do not use an SFI-provided Gateway URL. However, use extreme caution when choosing an opt-in mailing list company! Using anything but the most reputable sources could generate spam complaints against Affiliate resulting in suspension or termination.

IMPORTANT: As it relates to Affiliate use of appropriate opt-in mailing lists as described above, Affiliate understands and acknowledges that it is illegal to forge headers on e-mails and it is illegal to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any e-mails sent out. Any Affiliate found forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from SFI. Further, this action may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Affiliate account with a cancellation of and possible forfeiture of any pending commissions. Affiliate will also be in violation of the SFI Affiliate Agreement and subject to legal action and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by SFI.

C. You may include information on SFI in e-mail Acknowledgement Messages for orders and inquiries that you receive, so long as it is stated up front that you will be sending them an acknowledgement.

SFI also considers ANY type of advertisement about SFI that is posted unsolicited on online venues (e.g. newsgroups, chat rooms, etc.) to be spam.

Having read these again and again, I feel you have to be very careful before you get in to an E-Mail campaign. Even if one person makes a complaint against your e-mail, that’s it. There are so many other marketing methods including the Signing Bonus. Make full use of them to build your Team or increase sale of TripleClicks products, etc.

In conclusion, I would strongly suggest not to go ahead with an e-mail campaign considering the amount of risks involved & the response may not be encouraging.

1. SAFE LIST ADVERTISING:

A safelist is an email list that is focused towards advertising web sites, online promotions, business opportunities and more. All members agree to receive advertising emails from other members.

It benefits advertisers by allowing them to forward ads to a large number of potential customers (Safelist members) without having to resort to spam. It benefits members because they are rewarded for viewing the ads.

2. LANDING PAGES

Are the another way to capture emails of visitors who fill up simple info and data to receive further information. Once we have the emails of these prospects, we can safely email them through normal email campaigns or through an Auto-responder service. Mu should give these prospect a method of Opt-out, whenever the feel like.

Here is the SFI agreement that we all must abide to. I hope this helps to answer the question.
1. Affiliate agrees that an SFI Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of SFI. Affiliate may not portray him or herself as an employee or owner of SFI corporate, the SFI Affiliate Center, or any other SFI or TripleClicks subsidiary. Affiliate further agrees not to incur any debt, expense, obligation on behalf of, for, or in the name of SFI.

2. Affiliate must be of the age of majority in his/her state or country.

3. All Affiliate applications are subject to approval by SFI.

4. Affiliate agrees to receive SFI e-mail, including but not restricted to sales reports, training, newsletters, plus messages from Affiliate's Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, or Team Leaders.

5. Contact information (e-mail address, phone number, address, etc.) will be provided to your SFI Sponsor (typically the person who directly referred you to SFI or whose advertising generated your registration) and your SFI Co-Sponsor. Contact information is not disclosed to any other party.

6. A maximum of ONE SFI Affiliate per household is allowed. In addition, each SFI Affiliate should have his or her own access to the Internet via his or her own computer, tablet, or other mobile device.

7. Affiliate agrees to present the SFI Compensation Plan and SFI products and services as set forth at the official SFI Website. Affiliate will make no claims regarding potential income, earnings, products, or services beyond what is stated at the official SFI Website. Just remember that you have the maintain your email lists. If a member wishes to no longer be in SFI then you must remove them from your email lists. Failure to do so could risk a spam complaint and your account will be frozen.

Outlandish claims and false advertising can land you in hot water too. Just use the info in the SFI approved ads and you will not go wrong. Never violate the use of email and your emails will always be delivered. Follow the rules and when in doubt, don't send the email.
