One of the significant facts about these changes is that because you now need EA2's in your team to advance into TeamLeader levels, it causes one to focus on team building rather than simply rising through the levels through their own efforts. This is important because the whole structure of SFI is based on team building to build our business. Without a team we are only spending money here to gain some badges and we aren't earning money.

Finding at least 5 EA's is what will spur the growth of our business here and eventually bring an ongoing, residual income for life. That's one of the main purposes of SFI.

I am super excited about the changes announced on January 1st! First, I trust and believe in Gery's vision because I believe that he wants each and every one of us to be successful in SFI! And his track record speaks for itself.

I think that the changes offer great tools for us to use to help motivate our team to become more active. This is important and key in improving our success with our SFI business.

A more active and more committed team means a better bottom line for all of us!

The innovations made in 2016 contribute quite greatly to the growth of my business. And I think these innovations in themselves are incentives to improve SFI members' morale and to strengthen each members' commitments to the online business.

And These changes also challenge each members to reshuffle their strategies of their online business in order to apply them to their businesses.

All in all, innovations are the motivators of the growth of any business !

I think that these changes will improve very working conditions. Now it's faster and easier to get to the VP and quick tackling BTL with a single EA2 and a minimum of three estimates of the sponsors.
Of course still should try and work hard all tasks, work with members and enroll as many members that will work. The only way you're going to higher status.
  SFI is an exceptional community in which you have an explanation to all the questions, so if you follow the instructions and seriously doing success is guaranteed :)

Starting this month it just got easier to reach EA every month. As soon as possible in the month,
get your SO for T credits and 10-30 referrals.

No longer will we be focusing on vers points.We need to get one new EA a month and advise/help or gift them next month to become EA2.

Our businesses will only grow if we advertise and practice duplication.

The changes announced last January 1st can make affiliates think twice whether to lie low or embrace the new changes and additions in SFI. If taken positively, the changes can give us all the chance to do things better and more opportunities to earn more.

So be positive! Study in depth and apply the new changes…. and you will see how big your business can grow in 2016.
