What will I do differently in 2016?

That is a great question.
1. advertise more
2. use more websites
3. teach my affiliates more about SFI
4. contact my movers more by praising them
5. being more active by handing out more gift cards
6. keep in closer contact with my affiliates
7. contact my sponsors & co-sponsors more for answers to questions that my affiliates may have
8. lead them to my leader page
9. show them how easy it is to get badges

First you should have a look back in 2015 and review all your activity regarding this matter. As our leaders teach us to lead by example and we take them as our closest example in our activity, you should do the same. You are the teacher, you are your PSAs leader, you are the one who advice them so you should be the first one ho applies what you teach . I can’t “see” (or make) my affiliates become active in SFI. That is their personal choice. But perhaps if I change a few things I might make it harder for them not to become active.

So, I am trying to make myself (and hence SFI) more real to them. I want them to realize that I am a real person, just an ordinary bloke, just like them, and that SFII is for “us ordinary people”. In

Excellent question. There isn't much you can do to control what other people do. People tend to make their own assumptions based on the information they understand even if it is a misunderstanding. * Reflect on your weaknesses in the past year.

* Ponder over the affiliates who are not active, which region do they come from, for how long have they been inactive and what incentives can you provide.

* Talk to your up line support team members who have reached higher ranks within the same period or less than what you have achieved during that time. How have they overcome hurdles if they have faced any. This is vital to your business.

I recommend that if you haven't done so already, review your performance in 2015. If you haven't been doing these, make it part of your regular practice starting now.

Active Affiliates are vital to your business and setting goals that are related to their activities and growth are absolutely essential. If you haven't been doing that, start doing that as from 2016.

Have a look at your last years goals. Were your goals met? If not why not?

Before making your move, if you're going to do something different in 2016 to see that your affiliates become active in SFI do the following steps:

- Go to your Genealogy and evaluate the progress of your affiliates in regards to their journey with SFI.

- You can identify from the previous year how many of your movers are still active, how many are semi-active and inactive. Based on this result, you'll be able to know if your strategy is working, if not you will need to modify

What should I do?

Firstly, I need to lead by example. So I would check the Badge Gallery to see which important badges I lack and try and get them as soon as possible.

Secondly, I need to advertise more or sign up for more shares in the S-Builder Co-op. The more PSAs I got, the better is the chance of getting semi-active and active PSAs.

Thirdly, I need to communicate BETTER with my team. If my weekly mail does not work, I need to try a new approach next week. Until
