So Milestone Shares are basically a measuring rod for determining how much more money you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool when you reach any of the Team Leader ranks.
Milestone Shares are intended to be a significant and meaningful bonus for your efforts. Every time you reach a milestone, all of the shares you have banked so far that have not expired will be added to your monthly comissions as a one time bosnus. Which means that you will earn these bonus shares when you reach the rank of BTL, and everytime you you rise through the Team Leader ranks.
