Here are simple facts about Milestone share that we should understand:
1. Milestone share are accumulated VP's added to the personal VP's we earn normally.
2. The additional VP is given every time you earn 10 personal VP's (sales or action VP).
3. The additional VP depends on your rank. 10 for BTL, 12 for STL, 14 for GTL, 16 for PTL and 18 for DTL.
4. This accumulated Milestone shares (VP's) will be awarded to you as you achieve the next higher rank.
5. You accumulated Milestone share will expire in one year. That means if you do not advance in rank in one year those Milestone share that are 1 year old will be deducted from you accumulated share.
The rationale behind Milestone share is for us to continue earning personal VP as we advance in rank. When it was announced late last year that one of the requirements for rank is the number of active affiliates under you many would like to minimize spending to earn VP and concentrate their investment on finding affiliates. Milestone Share will balance that tendency because there is also a big reward on earning personal VP.
