This is a great question but really the answer is simple. Keep working at your business everyday to reach your goals and never quit. That's the key. Develop a habit of logging in and getting your VP as often as you can. Develop the habit of participating in the auctions. Develop the habit of supporting your team with weekly mail and incentives. Write smart goals and track your progress along the way to each milestone. Have a written plan of action and know how you are going to produce the results you are looking for. Don't run your business by the seat of your pants. Use all of the tools in the business center and invest in a few outside like an autoresponder, and accounting
software. Finally celebrate every bit of success you achieve along the way!

1.Login in every day if posible and complete the To Do List.
2. Learn a little bit every day from SFI Successful Rules and try your level best to apply what you learn.
3. Visit Forum every day if posible, learn from others and encourage one another with your nice coments and posts.
4. Stay in touch with your Upline and your downline Team.
5. Play all the Games and Auctions because they are realy good to learn, win and promote your business daily with VP.
6. Avertise your SFI / TripleClicks business on a daily basis if posible to all social media.
7. Sell products and promote other Affiliates proucts.
8. Be sure you have a standing oder of minimum 1500 VP to keep and maintain your EA monthly.
9. Learn by doing.
10. Be a good example to your Team.

Honestly there are only three habits that we should develop to ensure that our SFI business grow continually. These are the three foundation of growing SFI business.

1. Earn VP daily. The VP that we earn will give us the rank that will entitle us to certain privileges like the Executive pool. Take note that every rank requires different amount of Action VP and Sales VP. Your rank should be balanced by your active affiliates.

2. Take effort to find affiliates daily. - Affiliates are the backbone of our business, we are almost doing nothing if we do not take effort to find affiliates. It will not matter whatever method you use. You can buy you can advertise you can contact people face to to face, you can distribute flyers etc. etc. see to it that you are doing something realted to recruiting affiliates daily.

3. Make it a habit to communicate to your affilaites specially your movers. Your objective is to let them follow what you are doing. this is duplication, the power of multiplying and exploding our business.

This is good and right question - habits.
We learn so many things about us, working in SFI. We also learn to have a good habits, for being a good worker. But the most interesting thing of all, we are learning how to manage with our own
employees and about our own money and business.

First of all, you should manage your goals and plans, making lists what you should do, and what you can't afford. Making your plans for your day, month and in the future.
You need to have a habit to think about your work, every day.

There are some more good (best) habits, that could help all to make SFI business continually grows:
1. Consistency
2. Patience
3. Persistence
4. Positive thinking
5. Flexibility about deciding and learning by making mistakes
6. Feeling that you are on your own, with your business, to make decisions without asking or blaming someone else for your mistakes, (bad investment, loosing money or points, loosing your rank, etc. )
7. Be prepared for your "ups and downs" and there is always time to do something different
8. Get used that you don't need any thought about giving up
9. Believe, so your team can believe in you
10. You should never think that you know everything, and that you should stop reading and learning.

1. Keep duplicating and sponsoring affiliates to join your team - this is the core income generating activity and this means save some of your commissions towards regular advertising.

2. Do not become complacent, ensure that you check out your business daily, so log in everyday.

3. Invest in a co-op either through your upline or you initiate one for your team members. This will improve your chances of finding workers in your team.

4. Focus your energy on what you do best, do not fret over what is out of your control.

5. Make a decision to start up an E Commerce shop online in the early part of your business. It has many advantages and will expand your customer base as you add more products. Give your customer nothing short of the best and that means some research into the kind of products you will market on TripleClicks.

6. Ensure that you do not rely only on one income stream-there are 6 streams to explore. When one area moves slowly, your commissions from another area will keep motivating you to excel.

7. Business has its ups and downs. Do not allow this to get to you-remain positive and the results will be positive.

8. The world's population is never going to remain stagnant, it is moving up all the time; think up of ways that are different but will help you generate more leads and sign ups.

The best habit is to develop a committed and consistent work ethic. Treat your business like a business.

Develop a daily/weekly/monthly schedule based on your strategic plans for growth.

Your daily schedule would include:

- your SFI To Do list
- reviewing forum/latest news
- respond to any team member enquiries
- at least one hour of advertising and promotion - classifieds, traffic exchange/safelists, social media

Weekly

- update your website/blog - more often if possible but at least weekly
- send out an informative team newsletter

Monthly

- review your (and your teams) previous month's performance paying attention to what worked well
- set some goals to work towards

Ongoing

- look for new opportunities and methods to grow your business
- learn something new - there is ALWAYS something you can learn to increase your skills
- network - socialise - connect with people in general

This list is not complete or exhaustive, but is a minimum outline of a schedule to begin building a good work ethic and habit. You can build on this further as you go along and develop your skills, then add items to your schedule.

The key is consistency, persistency and patience.

“Focusing on the positive”.

"It seems that every six months more or less the question is posed in the forum regarding our teams. The question stems around the inactivity of their team. “Why” won’t they do more? Etc, etc…. or how can I encourage them? What rewards can I offer?

Well the responses run from, giving gift certificates, t-credits, etc. etc…….

For MOST of us, MYSELF included this is unreasonable! Why? We joined SFI to earn MONEY, not give it away! Let’s face it, we live in a society of handouts, people expecting and believing that everyone else owes them something. I’ve given away gift certificates, T-credits, I’ve done all the above to, “INCENTIVIZE” affiliates. BUT, and this is the BIG one! When affiliates don’t log into their accounts and work their business these incentives are futile.

Most affiliates are looking for, “JOBS”. SFI is a business! So how can we help affiliates? Change their mindset. However, affiliates have to be “OPEN” to CHANGE! They have to have a willingness to learn. Without that, all of us are paddling upstream. My point is this, don’t beat yourself up for someone else’s lack of a willingness to learn and/or change.

Focus on the affiliates who are asking for help, LOGGING IN DAILY, working their business. Focus on the positive. Here’s another interesting fact, for those in your downline, PSA’s and CSA’s, if your affiliates are not logging in daily, they're not reading this! LOL!

We have to laugh at the ridiculous sometimes, clear away the negativity and focus on the positive, that’s when you are going to see a change in your organization, you’re going to start attracting and recruiting positive people in your organization.

When I’m out speaking with people, in general, not even about SFI, if I get a sense that the person is negative and has a “VICTIM” mentality, I get as far away from them as possible! I’m not wasting my time on convincing this person, (family member or not) about SFI.
I’m not nor will I ever surround myself with this mentality!

There are a ton of books in all the languages of the world that speak about this principle. “Like attracts like.” So what are you attracting? Often times the biggest change is in ourselves. I have to remind myself, “What am I attracting in this world?”

This answer is also a reminder to myself to stay, “focused on the positive” Focus on what I want and let the universe bring that to me.

1. First and foremost is, we should approach SFI business as any other business
and the best of our attention must be paid on a daily basis. Viewed from this
perspective, we should cultivate the following:

a. Logging in, to our Account without missing a single day;

b. Ensuring, all essential activities are completed & available VersaPoints are
gathered without losing any opportunity;

c. Performance of Team Members are monitored through Movers, Genealogy, etc
and clear, corrective steps are initiated to ensure continuous growth;

d. SFI News Letters should be read & important points to be shared with Team
Members;

e. Alerts on the Home Page should be paid foremost attention & appropriate
action must be taken then and there.

f. Forum should be visited & all posts to be read; Where ever necessary can
reply/share/post for the benefit of self and others;

g. At regular interval, should communicate with the Up Line sharing anything
that is relevant to the business;

h. Establish a good rapport & relationship with the Team members;

2. Approach everything with a positive frame of mind and with an attitude
“not to give up and not to quit - no matter what”!;

3. Begin the day with a clear Plan of Action on all areas of SFI Business.

4. Set in motion, the action plan.

5. To analyze the Tasks set and action taken, at the end of the day.

6. Again decide on the action to be taken on the pending Tasks.

Conclusion:

"Great question!"

Getting organized is the most important step we can take to achieving our goals, and realizing success. It has been said; "Small actions repeated consistently over time creates success!"

Without a vision for future goals, and a road-map of set goals in place, we are just hitting and missing, and as some put it, "getting lucky" once in a while.

Business is not about getting lucky. Most successful business owners have developed a plan over a time-line of successful results. All of the added gains result from our plans being set in stone, and being there when others blessings or advancements arise.

I do not specialize in acronyms to grow the business or share the business with prospective Affiliates and Customers. These are well covered in our pathway to success in the "Rules of Success", "Getting Started", "SFI Basics", and the "Launchpad" lessons provided by the founder of SFI.

I do have confidence if these four training aids are utilized as suggested, those habits listed below will help any serious entrepreneur find their own route to success whether they have an active "Sponsors" or not.

It depends entirely on how, and when we become serious about our own SFI business.

• First off, schedule your time for at least 4 - 8 hours online every day.
• Select a time when you know you will have the least interruptions.
• Develop consistent actions known to be necessary accomplishments every day.
• Select products from "TripleClicks" known to deliver a profitable return on investment.


1. Establish a budget.

2. Create a "Wishlist" of "Team Building" products selected for growing our business.

3. From the "Wishlist" select a attainable "Standing Order."

4. Establish a budget to increase the "Standing Order" by adding more products over time.

5. Begin sharing the increase in profits with "Team Affiliates."

6. Invest all earnings back into the business until profits begin to exceed standard investment.

7. Begin sharing "New PSA Members" with active members on your Team by reassigning.

8. Keep up with new SFI developments and improvements along with adjustments and changes.

9. Use the "Daily Actions" to best advantage for "Team Building."
