This is a vital question that every new comer to SFI ask the upline leader or co sponsor and the leaders get some stumble at. Well one leader can promote his team by spliting his time into categories, such as time for own daily work, time for markettig individual and time to motivate an ECA to join his team. But the leader should suggest in priority basis and tell his downline all the priviledge from the category.
