It is really annoying for new members to hear from up line team to be pitch on buying things as soon as we start.So,we really need to be careful not to scare them away.

When new member join our team,first thing we need to do is to is to convince them that this is a real business and will take time to grow,so there will be time when they need to have persistent,patient or money investment to see their business grow.

If we could first convince the benefits/fun of price bender penny auction its easy for us to convince our PSA the benefits and need for purchasing NMP.

Helping them understand the outline of SFI business is the easiest way to convince new PSA the smart movement in purchasing NMP.

Convincing is not the right word to use, that bring a negative effect especially when
You and I advertise SFI is Free to join and tell them to buy something once they are
In, in this matter you lose credibility.

NMP (New Member Pack) is an incredible valuable product for the money they pay
But still that is not what they have in their mind to spend money, so what you can do
Is just put a little information or suggestion in your welcome letter if they want to do
It, or guide them where to look. Remember SFI will remind them as well in first those
ten days period about fast track so don’t nag or push them that they need to
purchase NMP.

If question arise be ready to answer and explain to them all the benefit and the
Rewards they get from purchasing NMP and how important and a good way it is

Thank you for your question. I really don't think that you should try to convince them. I think that you should tell them the benefits that they will get by purchasing the NMP and explain why you think that it is a smart move to make the purchase before the window of opportunity to make the purchase expires. I may have misunderstood your use of the word convince. When I think of someone trying to convince me to do something, it makes me think that I am being pressured to do something that I really don't want to do. Since one of the big attractions of becoming an affiliate of SFI is that it is free, a new PSA should never get the feeling that you are pressuring them to make a purchase. I let them know of the opportunity and that it wasn't available when I joined but that when it was offered, the reasons that I made made the purchase and then I leave the decision to make the purchase up to them without any other mention of the product.

When I have a new PSA who shows real interest in succeeding I do two things:

I offer to buy them a New Member Pack if they earn 1500 VP in less than 30 days. The 10 days allotted plus the 20 day extension. This provides motivation.

I share with them that everyone I know who has been successful in SFI has bought a Standing Order. This is much more strategic than buying a New Member Pack. This will help them qualify as an EA2 and maintain that status.

As a smart move that I give and say about yourself, why did I buy myself on standing order. Right at the beginning it is very convenient to buy in order to have time to learn and you are sure to advance EA every month. Then they alone can decide how to proceed any further will.
I usually like what I'm doing myself and for me it was a successful and profitable.
It is really a lot and I do not find everything listing. Each has its own method. I'm on their web site as well as a description of how to keep monthly EA for the lowest possible costs. It's a long article, so I'm reference for everyone there.
Also I explain that when you do your business will want to invest in anything that will proceed very slowly and has to wait until something must win in Hrych free and it's really short. It must then find your way faster with no investment, but it's very complicated, and for many years.
Such patience nobody does, then perhaps unnecessarily and ends ... Everything needs to be done sensibly and responsibly.
