I love this question.Where is recruiting the best? Be prepared
for any types you meet.

You should have $12 gift cards,SFI cards and biz cards in your car
and a few of each with you in your wallet or purse.

If they have lottery tickets in your area, hang outside till they purchase
some and look at them. Now is the time for the $12 gift card.

Go to the library, gas station, college, or anywhere you can talk to people
one on one.

Hello Diana,

Nice question, If you don't shy then you can approuch everybody you see in the street,in the shop, at the marketplace, in a restaurant.

If you have the giftcards, then you can give the people at the busstation, trainstation, the nice girl who serve you a cup off coffee.

Maybe you have a club you such as a sportclub or hobbyclub, cookingclass or theater.

You don't know but in a day you met a lot off people you not even think about to talk to or

Flea markets or craft markets in your area are the best places to go to recruit affiliates face to face.

You can go as a market seller or as a market shopper.

1. As a Market Seller (even at just a small one-day local market):

As a market seller you don't even have to approach people; people will approach you. Flea market or craft market shoppers will come and browse at your stall.

You could be selling whatever you like, or you could be selling some products

Great and challenging question.

Start with places where you are known or already have good friendships. This could be your workplace, your friendship spaces, your hobby areas, your home and family areas. If the trust is there it helps make the face to face recruitment easier. For example, if my work friends share the same interest for health products, fashion or home improvement, I start conversations about suitable products on TripleClicks. It may also be a common interest such as a

Hello Dianne,
There is not a best place to do this. You can begin your recruitment anywhere. Just be sure that you are not interrupting something important or causing a nuisance of yourself. Timing is everything.

If you meet someone who you believe may be interested, but they are busy or distracted try and arrange a time to follow up with a call to arrange a get together. It is better to talk to someone about business when you have their full attention.

Try not to be pushy

Cold contact face-to-face is not for the faint hearted or those who are slow to answer. Instead of selecting a certain locale and then going and trying to recruit, one should be out and about and looking for people with whom to start a conversation. Not about SFI/TC but life, their life.

Just a few words a day, several times a week or month. Establish some familiarity and next thing you know, you gently turned a cold contact warm. You now know what his hot buttons are. Fit his needs and

I have to say that there really are no best places to recruit affiliates face to face because it all depends on your skill level and timing. So what I would do is to be sure that I have my elevator speech down pat. The minute I strike up a conversation about SFI/TripleClicks I am going to be so confident and enthusiastic about what I'm doing I will get a referral most of the time. You only need to know what you are talking about and talk about only that you know. Be prepared with xcards, gift

Any place you encounter people is a good place to recruit:))

Shopping centers, malls, colleges, sporting events, after church services, theaters.

Keep in mind the time of day (around dinner is not a good time), how busy is the person, are they preoccupied...

Ideally, someone who is moving around, without an apparent agenda, who might be interested in hearing what you have to say. You really do not want to spend your time and energy talking to someone who wants
