Family support can be a big part of your new business, because they may have contacts that might be interested in what you have to offer. Although if they don't support your new venture this should not discourse you from trying something new because you never know until you try.

Personally I think it is very important that your family embrace your SFI business. If you build a strong business here in SFI, they are the first who is going to benefit from it.
If they do not embrace your business ...then get a friend to do that and learn and know what you do, so that there will be someone who can take your business further if you're not able to do it anymore.

Obviously you can't force any member to register and start working on SFI. Starting from family member can be a good choice, because will allow you to grow your team faster using friends of it, but you must explain to each member how SFI work, what offer and what is the point of SFI as an online job.
