Daily visiting and reading questions and answers in the forum enrich their knowledge and faster progress in work.
Everyday entry into the forum 's morning coffee which we start the day and that gives us the tailwinds for our work

You never know when there will be some of the PSAs or CSAs activated.
Perhaps your message indicating member to wonder what is lost, what is so good that you're still at it.
Do not allow to lose members,they may only be little incentive for the right moment to move to the top.
Be there to support them.

Not knowing the language can sometimes be a barrier in communication when we talk about building a team , if the barrier does not exist , it is important to work in a team where there is interest and members .
Communication is a basic requirement to build a quality team .
