Prospecting from everywhere is the correct thing to do.
I would recommend that you do not limit yourself to your own country.
Here are some of my reasons why I recommend this.
This is an international company operating throughout the world.
In some countries the uptake of online business such as SFI is low. If you country is in that category you will be really struggling to recruit affiliates.
Regardless of where affiliates live, they all have the potential to become Diamond Team Leaders. You just have to find those 'rough' diamonds and start polishing and working on them and they will shine for you.
If you believe that understanding language would be a problem, fear not. There are free translators, readily available that you and your affiliates can use. There are also other strategies that you can put in place to address this, such as assigning PSAs to leaders who speak the same language.
Be bold! Aim High! Prospect worldwide and you will find those diamonds!
