Hi David and all affiliates struggling with this topic...
It certainly is a daily Task for most of us...
My advice on Motivations for these affiliates is :
1) Keep your eye on the Long term, not the Short term...you need to build your business before it Sky-Rockets.
2) Someone once told me : SFI is like planting a seed : First you need to prepare the 'soil', then plant your seed, a lot of Nurturing, Watering, extra care will help your seed 'sprout and grow'. It takes years for

This is a hard situation to respond to as each affiliate will have their perceived expectation of what to achieve with their efforts with SFI.

Ultimately, this means there is a need to take time to reflect on not only the efforts of the affiliate but also to consider what he or she is working toward.

It is commonly stated that "busy-ness" does not necessarily mean growth. To be busy is simply having action but growth means that action leads to growth. The difference

An affiliate who complains that he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into didn't really understand what SFI is. SFI is giving us all the necessary tools to be successful in our business. What we are "getting out of it" depends solely on us.

In every business we have to invest time and money. And in every business we have to find the most efficient way to do so. The answer is simple- find out everything you can about the business. Do your research.Your knowledge

If the affiliate is not getting as much out of SFI as they are putting in, chances are they need to adjust their priorities.

Remind them that building a team is a slow burner as far as income is concerned, so they should not expect an instant return on their efforts (unless they already have a list they can work with before they sign up). However, it is essential for long term growth, so they should keep doing it.

But in order to turn a profit faster, they should put as much

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he’s not getting as much out of SFI as he’s putting into it?

You have a great affiliate there! At least he is “putting into it”, almost all affiliates who sign up don’t do anything. So, you have a worker – work with him.

This is what I do: -

1. First I congratulate him for being active and trying. It is important that we always be encouraging.
2. Then I tell him my own thoughts when I first started in SFI.

Remind him/her that they are starting a business from scratch, from zero and that only hard work, persistence, and a never quit attitude will be needed to succeed. SFI is not a scam or a get-rich-quick scheme, it is a real business and all the tools necessary for success have been given to them for free. Use these tools and you and others in their upline will help them make success happen, but like any other startup business, you have to invest in yourself to eventually succeed. Most every business

Pick your affiliate's brain with this question: "How much work have you put into your business?"

The answer can go one of two ways depending how they respond.

If the affiliate answers, "I do my actions every day. I make sure to score 1500 or more VersaPoints every month. I coach and train my affiliates to do the same as I, but they don't do jack squat," then give them just a little guidance or encouragement. Nothing more. You see that they are, for a

How long has this affiliate been in the program, and what is he doing to promote SFI and/or TripleClicks?

SFI results in success over a longer term, rather like raising an apple tree from a seed. The seedling requires daily care and feeding in order to grow, and it will take years before it produces fruit. SFI is somewhat quicker, but it still takes time.

It could be that he's just throwing his money away on purchased PSAs and not actively promoting--promoting products is

All the things you could say to such an affiliate boil down to, simply put, "Rome was not built in a day".

You can point out to them that while their SFI business does not have a physical store with employees, electric bills, supply issues, etc., it still takes time to build a successful, profitable business! Have you ever seen a new business that does not have the owner visible all over the place? Ask that person how close they came to quitting when they first opened their

Ask any Business Owner How much does he put in to make sure his Business become Profitable, and How long will it take you to become Profitable. Nobody will answer you that you will start making money from month 1.

At first, you don't have to pay all the overheads that you are paying with another business like
1. Office Space, - You work from Home
2. Electricity Bills, -You have to pay it anyway
3. Staff, - You are the staff
4. Training - Al the training to be successful
