I had more than 100 PSA s and now there is only one who clicks in and off at different times, and never became an EA. I too could not form a team.Itis frustrating. We just spend money and obtain inactive PSA s most of whom do not click even for one day.

You should begin buying PSA when you feel sure that you can guide them. That can happen in one week or in one month. But if you can afford it, begin buying PSA as soon as possible. Only this way your business will move to another, better level. And be sure when you buy PSA, you're a good example for them. That means you're EA or BTL every month and have some strategies you can share. That is the work you should do.

Other will get a few points, and also never come back... But someone would be your diamond and then work with him/her...

I don't thing it's the right thing to buy PSA because at the end of the day you will find out none of them are active it's just waist of money and time. The best way is to talk to you family,friends and people at your work explain to them how SFI it works, how good it is tell them that you don't need money to join its for free but you find everything to build your business. You will see your business will grow.

First of all,if you are at the beginning you should start just sharing your blog or website,it's better to have people that really want to do this job and that you can have answer immediately(Positive or Negative ) ,after some time,if you see that you do not have so many people that you wanted to have,then you can think about buying PSAs... But,keep in mind that even if you buy PSAs, doesn't mean that they are online,want to work,or theirs last log in was a year before...
