Your elevator pitch should have some basic points or statements and some that should vary according to the person you are "pitching" SFI to. The basic statements can be those that ensure the person that the job is legitimate and proven, easy and open to all and gives you several forms of earning possibilities. Then comes the personal touch, if the person is retired you talk about easy supplementary income, if the person is unemployed you tell her/him that there is no need to invest money, if the person is stay at home mum/dad tell her/him it is a job easily performed along the daily chores, etc.

Does purchasing Website traffic work, to get sales and/or SFI sign-ups?

From my experience, spending money to buy web-traffic brings very small returns, meaning that you may get some sign-ups but you may also get them by creating web traffic for free. Especially that the odds that those sign-ups will be active are infinitesimal. My advice is to try free web traffic options first, and when you are more experienced, maybe try paid advertising on FB or some ad sites.
What's a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs?

The best gift you can give your new affiliates is your attention, honest and active attention. Remember how you felt in the first days of joining SFI, bewildered, eager and a little in doubt. So contact them as soon as you can and approach them with respect and interest. After the first week the second best gift you can give them is to share your inside knowledge and tips so that they can advance in business as quickly as they can.
What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

The one thing affiliates struggle the most is uncertainity of their progress in business. By this, I mean, and I think only about daily active affiliates, that they can get discouraged by non-response to their efforts - advertising, daily connecting and fulfilling all the actions, promoting on all levels. The affiliate who performs all necessary actions and more, and after all that effort gets no active PSAs or CSAs, no sales, and no gain, will start to think about turning to some other prospects. The good sponsor and co sponsor should foresee such an outcome and prevent it by giving verbal and visible support, also by sharing hers/his own experiences and doubts, and ways for getting on top of them.

What are some ways to make your personal SFI website effective?

The best way to make your personal SFI site effective is to make it personal, and by that I mean original and sincere. Let your experience and good will infuse every sentence, picture or link that you use in your web presentation. Also, it would make a good point to show your up-to-now accomplishments, not in a bragging way, but as an example to your prospective affiliates that this gives once you give your best to it.

Of course, it all depends on the profile of your, as you say, prospects, but based on my experience so far, some statements are either obvious or can be easily found on the net. I would opt for this opening lines:
-SFI is not just an occupation but fun and interesting
-SFI does not require any investment
-SFI is comfortably accessed from one`s home, caffe, beach, park, etc in all mayor languages and many others
-SFI will make you learn things you maybe just heard of, or even never knew and those insights will stay with you wherever you go or get employment
-SFI can be instrument in making many friendships, and will open you as many doors as you knock on

What are some good ways to promote the Uber-Picks sports games to gain new PRMs?

Even if you are not into the sports in Uber- Picks you most certainly know those who are fans or connosieurs. So the easiest way is to ask for their help when you want to enter those competitions. Then, ask them if they will like to compete on their own. Also, when you are around sports fans, in a caffee or a bar, you can casually mention that there is an interesting new gameplace on the internet, for real football/rugby/cricket fans.
Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?

The SFI is international, the Internet is practically limitless, so why limit yourself? Of course, recruiting local affiliates can be easier and work with them too, but prospecting for affiliates worldwide is fun, gives you a whole lot of different perspectives, makes you sharpen your language skills and widens the net significantly. Also, as the statistics are, like, one active PSA in every hundred or so, you will need to prospect high and low to gather real workers to your team.
How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?

It is perhaps too much to ask of your family to embrace SFI equally as you do, but better is to make them understand what SFI means to you and what you aim to accomplish through SFI. This is especially important if you use family funds to invest in your SFI business because, let`s face it, there won`t be returns immediately. I can not envision a situation that a family may be that opposed to something you try to do for your and theirs benefit, but if it is so slow and gentle persuasion can be the solution, also showing them your successes as soon as they materialize.

What's the best way to communicate with your downline?

Just thing about the time you were a newbie and you received communication from your upline, what kind of communication made you feel connected, and appreciated and gave you incentive to go on. Or maybe, made you feel overwhelmed or patronized. So, contact your downline in a way that makes them feel appreciated, give them sincere encouragement, think of them as your equals and potential friends. Practically, the best way is by e-mail and Facebook.
