This is a good question that every affiliate must know/have the answer to apply as a leader.

Let me use a car as an example. Everything you need to move a car is their. The only thing you need to add is to learn how to drive and use the experience in driving it.

Everything/tools an affiliate needs to succeed in his/her SFI business as been provided. The only thing that is left for a leader to do is to guide and give support. Just put them through on how to achieve their

You ease them into their businesses by just focusing on the basics of getting

started and offer your help and or assistance by contacting their sponsor. Their

focus should be to focus on complleting their to do lists and to collect all free Versa

Points. They should be made aware of the minimum requirements for their Standing

Orders as well as the plethera of great business boosting opportunities available to

them. They should understand

There is really no end to learning and therefore I do not consider that there is ever a time that you will be overloaded with information. It is really in your hands how you handle "any" information. Basically different individuals have different capabilities of assimilating information.

Some are quick on the uptake whereas some need time to understand how a particular system works. There is the absorption and retention process involved in learning-simply what do you understand

Firstly, give them the tabs like the start, basics and Launchpad tabs and make that be day one. For day two they start the next Launchpad article and start doing the red tabs and explain to them the red tabs must be done daily. Each red tab has upside down triangles with numbers on them they are to press them for versapoints and the bars at the bottom of the page. Then do two or three items on each tab so that you complete as much as can be done to get versapoints to reach EA status. As they continue

Hello,

This is a good question.

First you need to know that some Affiliates, understand SFI quickly and some understand SFI slowly.

So when you share information with your affiliates give them a short space of time before giving them another new information. For example, i do it after 3 days to share something new with them.

This gives them time to review your new information.

Also try to check if they have understood your previous information you

Hi,

Personally I send a welcome e-mail with minimal informations first weeks and more impressions from me about SFI and after that I focus my mails about how they feel with SFI. Don't give too much informations first month because they have already Launchpad lessons everyday and they seek by themselves more informations. You can just send to them one training lesson per week.

Bests regards.

To prevent information overload,I just have a few things to
cover in my welcome letter.

Welcome them to the team.Tell them if they get lost, just go
to Home tab.

Explain where to locate the V.P.Ledger.It is under the Hot Spot
tab,next to Home tab.

Next let them know how to find their advertising link. Not everyone
knows that is called Gateway here at SFI.

Next tell them where the Translator is located.

This question is certainly very important. I think according to my own experience that at the beginning of the new PSA enough information to write 2x a week and encourage them to know that they work well. And they were not overwhelmed by information. They must have sufficient time mainly on their lessons and reading for understanding the SFI business. Always put option and highlight in each report that they can ask any questions and when they need it. Explain to them where the compiler design and
