Offline marketing is very hard working job.
1. Go from house to house, company to company like salesman is really hard working job .
2. They can make visiting cards and visit different offices, factories .
I think where is a will there is a way.
3. Try to make friends who has internet access and borrow some internet from their friends.
4. They try to access internet from their office or working place.
5. They are students in college they can borrow some net connection from their friends or teachers or in library.
6. Also they can try to some charity club where internet can access freely.
