Hello, Hristina:

I keep my welcome letters to PSAs simple and basic since most everything about SFI will be new and possibly overwhelming to them.

I give them a warm welcome, letting them know I will support them any way I can. Then I recommend that they click through the 'Start', 'SFI Basics' and 'Launchpad' tabs to begin learning about SFI and get a good head start on their business.

I also recommend clicking through their 'red tabs' every day, and I also alert

Question:
"What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?"

Basic welcomes sent to New PSA Members is good enough.

The only recommendation is to conclude the welcome with a call to action.

Usually this will consist of a request to connect, or welcoming questions and suggestions.

We want to know if they are seriously interested in this SFI business opportunity.

If they respond, provide them with more information

Hello Hristina

There are basically two ways to offer tips to your PSAs:

1. Offer detailed tips in the beginning only.

2. Give it KISS that is Keep it Small & Smart.

The first method loads the PSA with lot of information. He/She is overwhelmed with information and find the SFI business very difficult. There are chances of him/her to leave the business without trying it.

Therefore I use the second option. Here is an example given:

Welcome letter is sent with an objective to welcome and introduce yourself to your new affiliate. It can be used to provide some tips to succeed at SFI with a care that you do not overwhelm them with too much information.

Based on their goals in life you should state how they can go on to achieve it at SFI. Simultaneously, making yourself available for assisting them to achieve their goals. Provide them with your Email and Skype Id to contact and clarify their doubts.

HI there,
Thanks for this question, and from my viewpoint - remembering how confused and overwhelmed I was when first joining SFI two years ago - I would say that the only tips I give my new PSA's in the welcome letter (or e-card actually), is:
(1) Be assured from the start, that SFI is (a) not a scam, and (b) not a pyramid scheme.
(2) Also, it very important to know that SFI is not a 'get-rich-quick' scheme.

Best thing for you to do, is to watch and listen to Gery's 'starting

For me, the main purpose of the 'Welcome Letter' is to welcome my new team member.

I want to make the new members feel appreciated and know that we would be working together and that they can count on me to help then grow their businesses.

That's the main focus of my letter and yes I also give out tips:

- I point them to the direction of the Affiliate Center and for them to go to the 'Start' button, click on it and go from there.
- I refer them to the

Hristina;

I personally believe the most important thing about a welcome letter is that it should be succinct. I don't want to overburden them with information that is over and above the flood of data they are receiving.

I'm presenting here a list of things you could put into a welcome letter but I'm prefacing it here by saying you should pick and choose of what goes in and certainly is should not be all. Perhaps you might consider making a series of three welcoming letters
