Your Sponsor, is the person who introduced you to this wonderful program, called SFI.

If you are lucky enough to have a sponsor that communicates with their affiliates, congratulations, you are very lucky, and can than ask him / her any points you do not understand, reading all material that your Sponsor sends you.

Another name for Sponsor is Mentor. Your mentor is there to help guide you when you start, and / or get confused or overwhelmed, by all the information available

When I started with SFI, I did not know who my sponsor was not until I became active in the 3rd month as EA. I logged in to complete my daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate tasks to earn free vps. I subscribed to Standing Order of 125 tcredits and later on S-Builder to builder up my team and maintain my EA. rank. I learned SFI business by reviewing the SFI Basics, Launchpad and read the ASK SC. Most of my actions were done through trial and error.

My sponsor came in when he invited me

Your sponsor can be a great resource, but if you want to build a successful business, you will have to avoid becoming too dependent on your upline.

The best advice I can give is to view your sponsor as a coach. When you play on a sports team, the coach is on the sidelines while you play the game on the field. He helps you learn the game and gives you encouragement and instruction while you play, but you are the one responsible for how well you do.

In the same way, your sponsor

An active, knowledgeable, and supportive sponsor can be highly instrumental in helping their SFI affiliate be successful. They will make working SFI easier. They will be forthcoming in providing guidance, help and support. They will initiate contact with their team members and maintain the communication lines open.

As a sponsor, this is what I personally thrive to accomplish with my team members. And it reflects on the ratings I get from my PSAs, month after month.

It depends on your sponsor and you, on how you interact with each other. When a person sponsors someone they want that person to be successful, because all teamleaders wants their team to be successful, so they would be ready to assist when assistance is requested.

After they sponsor you and explain you what you need to do it becomes your responsibilty to learn about SFI as much as you can. Learn about marketing and duplication because these are the keys of becoming successful.

You must actually rely on YOU to build a successful SFI business. It's cool to ask your sponsor a few questions from time to time, you don't want to rely on your sponsor too much. It's like asking for crutches when you have two healthy legs to work with. SFI is basically your marathon track, and you have to run that race without any help from your sponsor (AKA your coach). Look to him/her for guidance every now and then, but don't expect your sponsor to grab you by the hand and run that race

Hello Sebastian,

Your Sponsor is the person who introduced you to SFI, so logic would dictate that he or she should be the one to help you build a successful business. However, the reality is that many of our Sponsors are also new to this business and do not fully realize the importance of supporting the affiliates they recruit. If you have a good Sponsor, by all means rely on the guidance he or she provides.

However, you do not need to rely solely on your Sponsor to build a

Hello Sebastian,

My best answer to your question is to redirect where your reliability should rest.

Yes, an important factor in the success of your business is a great sponsor that can help guide you from the start, and I hope you have one.

However, the absolute KEY to Your success will ALWAYS be YOU. Your business relies on the effort & dedication that you put into it.

Commit yourself to learn all you can about what's in front of you, it's ALL HERE.

To build success in your SFI Business, you rely very little on your Sponsor.
You mostly learn and desire to do it for yourself. You need and want to know your own limitations and abilities early in the business.

In the beginning, you may be as a baby relying fully on your parent to provide food for you at the proper time; just like your Sponsor guiding you, helping you navigate the ins and outs of the SFI Program.

Soon just as the baby's curiosity builds and he/she takes

Hi Sebastian,

Each affiliate is different and many take longer than others to understand what to do.
a) Those that are really serious or have been in marketing, will not have to rely on their sponsor
after becoming familiar with the websites.
b) Many who sign up don't understand what marketing is and will have be more dependent on their
sponsor.
c) Some will get frustrated and leave without doing anything.
d) Many affiliates don't
