There are people in every country who are not comfortable with online purchases and payments. I know because up until I joined SFI, I was one! I live in the United States and I am 59 but I am not sure age was a factor because both my parents were internet experts.

It is necessary to establish trust of online sellers. May need to refer to eBay, Amway even international sellers like Amway. People buy on line to save money, for convenience and to find hard to find items locally.

If you are one who is uncomfortable purchasing use your story to get them warmed up. Then what you can ask is what is their major problem that makes them uncomfortable and explain to them that SFI is continuously updating their systems so that malwares, worms etc. and scamming is not being done so it is relatively safe to purchase at Tripleclicks.com with credit cards and debit cards. The very basic answer to your question is to look for ECA in your country that provide Local pay. With this they can transact in TripleClicks by transacting to Localpay ECA. They can even pay face to face or thru a local payment system. This will eventually provide them ease in doing online transactions.

They may be more comfortable buying from their country and/or region. Direct them to the ECA tab and suggest they click on those buttons first.

You might also suggest they buy T-Credits from TC Direct (our parent company). Tell them they can purchase one T-Credit as a test, just to discover how easy and safe it is.
