Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

I think both offline and online recruiting are good, but I'd like to choose which one is best because that's what your questions asks.

Online recruiting is better than offline recruiting.

Why?

Self-Confidence (or lack of it)
Many offline recruiting methods require a little self-confidence. For online recruiting it doesn't matter how one feels about being face-to-face with strangers.

Location
While it's not impossible to recruit offline in cities

Both are wonderful methods of promoting SFI but to answer the question, the best is online recruiting. This is because of the following reasons;

-The world is already a global village and many people have at least one means of accessing the internet. Phones, tablets, computers and the like.
- E-commerce sales are increasing everyday. In 2012, 1Trillion sales where made online.

First of all let me tell you, I am surprised at your question. But questions are questions and no question is silly. Therefore, I am compelled to answer it positively.

Even SFI recommends that we should promote SFI/TC and associated programs both Online and Offline. So where is the doubt? The idea is to recruit as many affiliates as possible.

Each one has its own specialities. We just can compare them together. They works both differently, although their concept is still the same sales strategy.

Understanding Online recruiting..
Online recruiting is really a bonus. But one should have the knowledge to make it a success.
A passion to learn, to test, and it isn't cheap. They have their own valued prices even a lot of investments in their early constructing it.

Personally,I think that online recruiting is better due to the following reasons;
First, there is opportunity to advertise to a larger audience who can inturn research on SFI to get the needed info that will further convince them to get on board.
Secondly, since the world is now one global village online recruiting gives access to diverse affiliates from various background
Thirdly, because SFI is all about building a stron g and formidable team, having affiliates from allover the world

I would say that the answer to this largely depends on your strengths.

For me, I am better at online promoting than I am offline, so I choose to focus on my strengths. For others, networking and offline relationships work best for them.

Offline recruiting might yield less affiliates, however they may be more active affiliates, as you can work with them on more of a personal level.

Recruiting online makes it harder to have that personal relationship...so in conclusion,

1. Well, my honest opinion is that there is no need to compare these two types of recruiting SFI affiliates. There are no two thoughts about it. The very idea is to recruit as many affiliates as possible adopting both these types of recruitment-online & off line recruitment.

When I started, I quickly built a core team by recruiting offline, from my warm market. I still believe that this is the best approach. There is a major problem if we do not have a trusting relationship with our family members, our friends and our co-workers. If we have that trusting relationship, it would not be that hard to communicate to them the enthusiasm we have for SFI in the first hours of our joining.

I really think to be successful a combination of both offline and online recruiting is best. Why limit yourself to just one method.

For offline recruiting you have personal recruiting, advertising in newspapers, handing out TripleClick Gift cards and more at your disposal.

For online advertising, you can use such things as S Builder, traffic exchanges, blogs and more.

Both are best!

The best one for you is doing whatever you are most comfortable with. However I feel that both should be used as they reach different audiences.

Offline you are speaking to friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances. This is your so called warm market and you can often find the most loyal and active affiliates in this manner.

Online you will be able to reach thousands of prospective affiliates from all over the world. Something you can never hope
