Everyone wants to be a Champion. To have the E365 Champion badge is very motivating for some people while others with determination understand that only one can be the Champion. However, under the Goals Tab in the Affiliate Center there is a goal that can be set to be #1 on the Class Leaderboard. Every month when I set my goals I compete for the #1 spot in my class. This keeps me always reaching for a higher rank. Also, strive to rank higher on all the Leaderboards. These are on-going while the E365 is more a one-time achievement.
It is very important to keep Real and Achievable Goals in front of us all the time.
