Permit me to refer you to SFI Success Rule 3. It says “Lead by Example.” That means if you want the affiliates in your downline to sponsor affiliates, then make sure you are doing so yourself. You must be able to sponsor affiliates and become proficient in it before you can show and teach your affiliates the best ways to do so. Lead by example i believe it is rule no. 4 in Rules of Success. Teach them that patience is a virtue because there are times the downlines don't log in and it can frustrate a new downline. Leave it for a few days and check back to see if anyone has logged on. If that doesn't help sponsor a competition for their downlines to see who will take up the challenge. SFI has prepared all tools that an affilate needs to progress ahead.

Understanding our downline is our duty as a Team Leader. Why?
Because we will better learn about them through their Goals Setting records, history experience, future aims and their capabilities..

A strong and solid foundation is critical in building a house, a structure, a business.

There is no proven method to grow your downline, unless you want to purchase PSAs from any number of ECAs here at tripleclicks, or win them in auctions. Even by doing this, there is still no guarantee that these PSAs will become active members when you receive them.

You ask for the best way but I suggest there is only really one way to teach your downline and that is by your example.

There are many things you have to teach your downline people. This starts with the very basic knowledge like how to perform the daily actions and running through to the more complex topics like setting up team co-ops and hosted gateways.

The one subject you never actually have to broach though is how to develop a downline - because everything you are doing

The best way to teach your down-line how to build their down-line, is
to lead by example.Do not be afraid to tell them your best layed plans.

When they succeed, you succeed.I keep a page in my Notepad called
team messages.Short ones I post in Stream.

Make suggestions how to build their down-line.If they get to EA2
each month, they will get 2 CSA"s and 24 T credits.

Suggest they purchase T credits and bid for referrals.Purchase referrals.

The best way to teach your downline how to build their downline is gain their trust first. Let them know that you are sincere in your desire to help them. Show your sincerity through action. Lead by example. Show them what you mean. Walk your talk. You are the role model and mentor of your downline.
