TCredit Welcome (TW) is a very good concept. It offers incentive to new sign ups (Affliates) for them to sample and feel the fasinating and gravity pull of TripleClicks.

While Cash Welcome (CW) though the latter of the two, and instigated for the same purpose, people understand cash over tcredit and so this (CW) has a better profile and will no doubt stimulate better results than its predecessor.

I believe the better of the two is (CW) Cash Welcome because most people universal would gravitate to cash faster than tcredit which is mostly to some, of the unknown and misterious therefore usability is lower because handling is doubtful.

One however needs to make a choice of preference at the time of decision.
I prefer(CW) welcome for my new Affliates!

Well, who knows what your CSAs will be to you in good time?
CSAs- Co-Sponsor Affiliate. This means you're titled Sponsor, bears the roll of Sponsor and is being paid as Sponsor though not the actual and primary Sponsor.
You twain in your roll and responsibility. Your are second runner up to the crown.(Sponsor)
They are in your timeline/downline.

That being said. I believe as people, they expect to be treated with same treatment that you would give your PSAs, with support and concerned assistance as all who wants to learn and succeed.

(a) Therefore, you offer your assistance to them.

(b) Letting them know you are in support of them.

(c) Help them with solutions if necessary.

Though not primary Sponsor, you have been given a roll to stand in the gap.
They also help you in your team building efforts gathering a strong team.(numbers/work force)

Treat both PSAs and CSAs as equal allowing your Awesome Sponsor technique to shine through.
Contacting them as often as you deem necessary in helping to build their business without overwhelming them. Minimum communication once a week newsletters etc...

You never know they maybe your goldmine. possible?

The tips I give my PSAs after extenting to them a warm welcome to SFI Marketing Group, a premier Company in its class in over 203 countries worldwide and growing.

Here are start up tips:

1. Readers are Leaders. ( so read, read, read) !

2. Take note: You are entered in the fun ' E365 contest ' at sign up. Stay above the green line
and keep a close watch.

3 Login to your Personalized Homepage. www.sfimg.com/Home Click START, SFI BASICS,
LAUNCHPADS buttons located top right corner. Read, watch video and understand.

4. On the ' To do ' list (click red tab) complete ' Getting Started Actions'

5 continue, To do list: complete all daily, weekly and monthly actions. At end of the page
click large blue button.

6. Treat your business like a business. Login daily and work red tabs.

7. Play EZ games & T-time for loads of fun and awards.

8. Enter the Daily Grand

9. Click everything in blue

A very good question because I think the whole idea of being a Sponsor is vital, or else there would not be this assigned position . How vital, is also evident in the constant way SFI encourages all Affiliates to link with their Sponsors/Uplines.

SFI know that with Sponsors, the process of ' Duplication ' also is made magnified. This is key.
Open lines of communication is a must have, not only does it provide support, it also transfers one-to-one experience and methods etc... in a personal way that is a great stimulant for the newbie wanting to learn and grow. Yes, the power of AskSc and The Forum comes in handy but,
having a Sponsor is certainly a special previllage. This is like the first friend in a strange land.

If Sponsors transmitt to their PSAs a vibes of don't care whether you succeed or not you decide,
no supportive presence and PSAs are left, no help wondering whether to stay or go. Where then is the TEAM building atmosphere? (Together We Acheive More).
Sponsors can and should help the engine SFI to run on Auto Pilot the duplication process sealed, enabling SFI to get larger and stronger. The idea of the Awesome Sponsor duplicating and replicating its self multiple time over and again. A rebirth.

We understand that to build a successful SFI business is dependent on you and you alone concept at the end of the day but, one cannot say the ultimate degree of success though measured to each his own accord is fulfilled when a slight imbalance of the scale of success is observed. When success is measured on its scale and all sides are equal then can one say I am on top of the world. I have fought the good fight, I have stayed my course and did it my way.
Since Duplication = Success then a Sponsor by example should be a support, a friend, a rely upon and mentor. An awesome Sponsor.

Streaming to build my SFI business is good.
This platform offers Team builder/Leader the scope to one and one with their team.
I am of the belief that Leaders are people who should have strength of character, and so
Streaming offers them the opportunity to motivate and develop the stamina of the team towards good business etiquette by giving timely business tips etc..., always providing support and Business sustainable experience. Therefore 'Streaming' should educate, motivate and
evaluate the PSAs needs so that solutions can given for good directions.

I believe the most effective way to communicate with your downline to get results is:

1. Presence 2. Help

With these two operatives you let them know that you care about their success in the business.
You activate by making sure they know that you are there to help and support them as much as
you can in every way possible . They should be aware that team support is mighty to success and so you work together to achieve the ultimate goal. Let hem know that you are a positive team builder and together you ALL achieve more. Team lean on each other and be there when you need them most. Any broken circuit must be mended.

Play your roll, be available when needed, supportive, recognise for good work etc..,
Turn up the praise, encourage, provide guidance when necessary.
