Everyone learns differently so it will be important for a leader of a down-line team to consider different ways to share information that will help others to build their downline. The following may be of benefit to understand so that presentations or explanations about down-line recruitment are understood by several of your fellow team mates:

Learning preference:

1. Visual - likes to see a demonstration, a video or a picture of how it may be done

2. Auditory - likes

Hello Olufolake, the best way to teach your down line to build their own downline is to
to go PRACTICAL with them. Teach them the following strategies:

A. Getting Started Help.

First thing is to teach them how to get their downlines to start and where to go.
Login at their SFI home page, click on the Hotspots menu, then click on VPLedger.

This is where they can quickly become an EA. How? They need to do all the things on the VPLedger.

There is no simple way to teach anyone to do anything in my opinion. Lots of people like to do things their own way. Taking that into account, I would compose a short message to my team and put it in point form.

Point form works for many as there is not much reading to do and it stands out.

You can say something like this:

“Hello to all my team. Hope you are having a great day. I would like to include a few tips for you to help you build your team”

“There

When you have an active down line it is important that they develop a strong team under them. To achieve this you should tell them about two important sources and ask them to work on them.

They are their warm (close relatives and friends) and cold market (unknown people).

Teach them the means and information’s that they need to dissipate to attract the two market segments.

They should be well versed with the methods and aids that are provided by SFI to build their

I think the word that answers your question is Devotion!

While you're training your team, always answer their questions. As I lecturer, I can say that those who ask the most questions are usually the best students. Encourage them to read and learn on their own, but let them know that you will always be there for them if they need help.

Making a blog page is very important. SFI business is not complicated, but the very volume of information you can find on our website can be

Your question is about duplication: gaining experience in building a team and a business, and effectively sharing that experience with your PSAs and CAs, so that they can do the same, and continue the process with their own team members.

In other words, to successfully teach your team members how to build their downline, you need to build your own, first. When you build your team, you will have the right answers. You will be ready to provide support and guidance.

You can also,

There are many ways to teach your downline about team building.
• You should set your own example for them to follow.
• You should check their snapshot window to know about their performance and achievements.
• Keep in touch with them through genealogy, PSA mailer, CSA mailer and Email.
• Teach them how to recruit new people for SFI, generate TC sales, and recruit PRMs.
• If you think they need more help you should get their phone numbers and talk to them, listen

When talking about building their downline I presume that you are not just talking about increasing the number of affiliates in their teams but also increasing their activities and profitability - teaching their downline to be all these.

In my opinion, the 1st thing to do is to ensure that you are of Team Leader level, at least EA2. As EA2 you have demonstrated that you can lead a team and SFI awards you with 2 new CSAs, allowed you to answer questions at ASK SC etc... Learn as much

In the the Rules of Success I have read the one That says Lead by example so I saw a quote in there that says " You don't lead by Lip service" This means that you don't teach your affiliates by telling them what to do but by doing.

For example if you want to teach your downline to get signups and TC members by using SBuilder then you have to use it yourself and then your downline will see your SBuilder Badge and then they to will start to use it.

Speaking of setting

Thanks for this question.

The best way to do it is, leading by your own example.

First, Explain to them:

1. SFI Rules of Success
2. Importance of Duplicating.
3. Compensation Plan

Second, Share with them:

1. What you did to create your own Team?
2. How you advertised?
3. Where you advertised?
4. What is the cost involved?
5. Results of your advertising?

Third, make them Understand about:

1.
