While you're training your team, always answer their questions. As I lecturer, I can say that those who ask the most questions are usually the best students. Encourage them to read and learn on their own, but let them know that you will always be there for them if they need help.

Making a blog page is very important. SFI business is not complicated, but the very volume of information you can find on our website can be overwhelming. So, try to help them by using your knowledge and experience to downsize the number of articles they need to read in order to understand something.

Make a list of useful links to information that helped you reach success.

Help them set their goals, help them reach those goals, and congratulate them when they do.

Keep in touch with your team members. Let them know you care!

When you do all that, teach them how to do the same themselves. And you'll have a great team.

I would have to say BOTH!

Online recruiting gives you a wider audience, for sure. If you're lucky, you will find a few great PSAs there.

On the other hand, offline recruiting gives you the opportunity to choose your team carefully! Remember that you don't need hundreds of PSAs in order to make a great team. You just need a few carefully selected individuals. One of the most important rules of success says "Work With Workers"! So if you prefer quality to quantity, try being a great team leader to people you know. You can arrange team meetings, get to really know those people, because, in my opinion, no internet tool can ever overpower the face-to-face communication.
