One should have a determination for success.
Reading training articles with keen interest to gain knowledge.
Become a Fast Track member.
Log in daily and do all tasks.
Visit the forum and take part in discussion on latest issues.
Must understand the Compensation Plan.
The best method to get success in SFI is advertising, get more PSAs to build your team.
To get people to TC, generate sales, and earn commissions,and increase your income.
Earn up to six different ways: Direct Commissions, TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions, TCredits Bonus, ECA Royalties, and SFI Pay-Per-Action!

There are many ways to teach your downline about team building.
• You should set your own example for them to follow.
• You should check their snapshot window to know about their performance and achievements.
• Keep in touch with them through genealogy, PSA mailer, CSA mailer and Email.
• Teach them how to recruit new people for SFI, generate TC sales, and recruit PRMs.
• If you think they need more help you should get their phone numbers and talk to them, listen their problems and then give them your best suggestions.
• If some affiliates belong to your city you can arrange a meeting and tell them about purchasing PSAs, taking part in auctions to win PSAs.
• Your downline,s success depends on your communication skills.
• You consider them as your students and utilize all your energies to make them successful.

Good question but in my opinion it depends on affiliate’s financial position. If he/she has enough money to invest then I recommend almost 90 dollars per month.
S.O 125 TCredits for $36.25
S.O S.Builder co-op (1 unit) for $22
S.O PSA to go (10 pack) for $35.45
If he/she has a low budget then he/she maintain his/her EA status just for $20 monthly he/she can buy 10 TCredits not a bulk, but only one TCredit just for $1.99 and he/she would get 102 SVP, and for 10 TCredits he/she would get 1020 SVP and remaining points you would get for doing daily,weekly and monthly actions. He/she should advertise at free websites for PSA’s and PRM’s and try generate sales for Triple Clicks.

It is not difficult to become a Team Leader in your first month with SFI but it is difficult to maintain your team leader status without having a team. So I suggest when you 5 PSA’s in your down line and when they qualify for EA2 then it would be the best time to upgrade your Ea rank to Team Leader.
