The answer is Yes.
Becoming a Team lead is a personal decision and has to reflect your personal ambitions.
We join SFI to progress. As we do so, inevitably, we'll start building a team.
The most important is to be ready to support a team and lead them to develop their own team. The "secret" is through duplication.

Yes you should and you can be a Team Leader without a team.

I only have one active PSA and a Standing Order of 125Tcredits and I am Bronze Team Leader that means it's doable and you can get your Team along the way while getting all the perks of being a Team Leader like second home CSAs

Wish you all the best!

I have a team member that has been a Bronze Team Leader every month except for one month since joining 7 months ago. Even though this member has no active PSA's he has gained his CSA shares for being a Bronze Team Leader and this is where his income is coming from the CSA's so never discount the value of becoming a team Leader.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your credibility as a Team Leader can be more beneficial to you as you are growing a team and giving guidance.

Definitely!!

It's impossible to become a Team Leader without a team, because as soon as you qualify for EA you get at least two CSAs.

A lot of people don't consider CSAs as part of their team. This is a mistake.
You will find that your CSAs are a great asset to your team (and your income).

Also, remember, there are two kinds of leaders.
Those with the "Do as I say." attitude, and those with the "Do as I do." attitude.
It is important

What ever happened you have to build you team to a maximum standard before becoming there leader. It takes everything to be a team leader. Just as team comprises of group of people who comes together for a common goals. In other to do this there are certain quality an individual had to achieve to be a team leader.

#For instance, team Leader had to carry every one along.
#Tells team member when to have an A2a friends.
# Tell team member how to set up standing

I would not recommend you to work to get the rank of a Team Leader if you don't have a team yet.

In order to become a Team Leader you have to invest not only time but some money for the Sales Versa Points so if you don't have a team you will be investing in something that will not give you any return.

Instead of trying to become a Team Lead I suggest you to invest that time and money in building your team, work on getting a solid base for your SFI business and there will come

Yes, you can go for the rank of Team leader if you do not have a team. You are not prohibited. You may have a downline no matter how few which you should nurture, and probably have been nurturing through your weekly posts and maybe one on one communication.

The ideal situation however, is that you should have a Team, to properly earn the tag Teamleader. This you do through sustained recruitment, training and retetion of affiliates. Duplication is a name of the game.

HI Waleed,
I like your question as I often ask myself if its worth reaching the rank of BTL without having a downline - or I should say, a 'working downline'.
Many of us reach EA2 and stay there for quite a while, simply because we don't have any 'active PSA's or any EA.
Personally, I don't really see the sense (or viability) in going beyond EA2, until I have a few very active Affiliates, who look set to become EA in the near future. Otherwise, there is not much benefit.
Especially

Yes do become a team leader! Why not! You get CSAs every month for being there!
I used to think CSAs where not worth having till I found they were part of my team
no matter what, and needed help just like any one in the team!
You don’t get the same rewards from them doing well but they can make your day
just by being on your mover page with big VP they have achieved each month!
