Well first you should now that this is the best recruiting that there is out there and probably has the best potential for a long term business relationship. When you decide that you are going to approach someone, you can come at it two ways, it just depends on a who you are talking with. First you can approach the person with, "I have found this business and I have just started it and it is really exciting to see how much you get for free and the recognition is over the top, why not come

Well I guess the question should be when you start is am I in business for myself or with my family. When you know that answer you can proceed. I have been in so many network marketing businesses in the past that my family is highly skeptical and say this one will not work either, so I determined that my family is not going to be my biggest supporter, it is me, so what will I have to do to succeed.

When you have success they come to you and ask you about this business so you must build

What can I do to get my new sign-ups to stay engaged with SFI for longer than one day?

Here is one thing that you have to keep in mind, SFI really has a genius plan in place to get people going right from the word Start.

What I have seen on average, with my over 4,000 PSA's is that the ones that get this business go pretty hard from the beginning and stay engaged themselves because they see the big picture and set their goals, you are their guide and mentor but they just have it in themselves to succeed. I have yet to see anyone that has not become engaged from the very

Keep it simple build a team! That is the question then ...how do I build a team? You have to either buy your team from Tripleclicks, play the auctions or advertise everywhere using SFI marketing tools and anyone of your free website links with your personal ID. Talk to everyone you meet or know about how great this business is, have local recruiting meetings to get people to join. Let them see how the rewards are always positive and it's a great family to belong to because of all the positive

If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

I would like to counter by saying, when you are starting a business if you only have one hour to spend it is not going to be successful. Building takes time and effort which comes down to more than one hour of time spent.

I would say that if a person continues to only spend one hour a day they are going to get discouraged and become inactive. This must be a business that you want to breathe life into so you have to make the commitment to put more time and effort into getting this off

When starting up with SFI good advice is to do all the reading and note taking that you can. But the best strategy is to get the New Member Pack, this gets you immediate benefits and fast tracks you right from the gate. This badge is also going to be an example to your new Team Members as you build a team because how can one recommend something that they have not done themselves.

I always inform my new PSA's of the NMP and let them know they have 10 days to think about it. I say they

I think that for the most part you have to remain positive in spirit with them and reflect that in your actions. But the bottom line is that if they do not see the big picture with what SFI is trying to get everyone to achieve there is not much you can do about that. The only negative thing about this new requirement is that a person has to work to build their business which requires building a team, which in turn is going to have a better result income wise, why should that change a person's mindset,

This Opportunity is Unique no question about it. Why? It is Worldwide open to everyone no matter your economic situation, its free to Join, and its been in Business for over 17 years!

Now what does that mean to people that you may be talking to? Most Businesses that one wants to start is limited to North America which would limit your earning potential with any other company. That is HUGE everyone!! Next…You can have unlimited amounts of people on your first line which we call PSA's…Wow,

Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

I have a team member that has been a Bronze Team Leader every month except for one month since joining 7 months ago. Even though this member has no active PSA's he has gained his CSA shares for being a Bronze Team Leader and this is where his income is coming from the CSA's so never discount the value of becoming a team Leader.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your credibility as a Team Leader can be more beneficial to you as you are growing a team and giving guidance.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

If a person has a team of PSA's that they have recruited then it is in their best interest to become a Team Leader because then they will be eligible for the matching Versa Points and will also get a Bronze Team Leader $$ bonus. What I have seen is that when someone actually has recruited people themselves that is motivating because it gives them a purpose to become a team leader. So in summary you must motivate your EA to talk to people everyday about SFI and the benefits that come with it, it
