Hello Anwar Hossain
It’s a very important question for the fact that if an affiliate becomes an EA in the first month, you should consider yourself a lucky person, as you start getting 100 VPs as soon as he/she becomes EA2. So, it becomes your duty and obligation to make this person an EA2. As far as I am concerned, I would do the following:

1. Congratulate the on becoming an EA in a month through a lovely e-card.

2. Set up communication through email-id, Face

Draft out an email to these team members. To do this, go to your Genealogy tab and click on the relevant team member. Scroll down to the Affiliate Manager and here is the spot where you can learn a little more about your Team Member.

By Checking the Activity tab in the Affiliate Manager, you will learn much more about your Team Member and thus will be able to offer your help in a specific area.

By checking your Team Members VP Ledger, you will be able to see where

It sounds like pretty norm.. but it happens sometime..

There's nothing much we can do actually, unless they are still communicating with you.. if they kept in silence, I guess maybe they are right, SFI isn't suit for them.

SFI is for Entreprenuers who have visions and missions,
a One for All and All for One motto,
a leader leading a large group,
a motivator to move and motivates,
a generator to generates income and sales..
and not everyone owns

Hello Anwar,
1. This problem is quite interesting but at the same time challenging.
As & when your PSA/CSA announces this, please contact him if possible over the phone if not by email asking him politely the reasons for his abrupt decision.-You may enquire what were his expectations in SFI & what were his goals.
2. Please listen to whatever the reason he gives. It’s to be understood that the very fact he has come back to you to bid goodbye highlights the fact that he

You know, sometimes people can act very fun thinking that the reason why they have join some place or somewhere for them to make money is a joke to them and they can come in any time, do whatever they feel like and then get off as they choose. It is never so.

Like a child, you would still have to sit them down and talk with them. In most cases it is also for their own good because every person here on SFI has almost the same goal, to make money through sponsoring and sales but it doesn't

This is the first real hurdle in the new affiliate's business. The enthusiasm of the first month, as well as the relative ease of accumulating available VP to hit the first milestone, can sometimes be dampened if the new affiliate doesn't understand the program.

The fact that it is necessary to reach Executive Affiliate status for two consecutive months before realizing the financial benefits is sometimes overlooked in the excitement of learning the new business,
If the affiliate

Try asking them what they had expected it to be. This will give you a clue how to approach them to explain exactly what SFI IS all about.

If they still are not wanting to stay with us, try to encourage them to concentrate on TripleClicks. Maybe they just are not cut out to be a team leader, or they don't have the time, money or knowledge (!!Really??!! With all the training for free, how could they NOT know??) to sponsor or advertise.

Stay in touch with them through team mails

Hi this is a common problems we are all facing in this business. According to my experiences when a person first register to SFI they do not know how this business works and what they did? they start earning VP without knowing what it serves for. Some think that 1 VP = $1 which is not true and when they have complete their 1500 VP i.e becoming an EA , they think they have started earning above $1000 and when they found that they have got only $0.75 from just 1500 VP then they stop working..

So

Essentially Anwar, there is not much you can do besides be there to answer their questions when they have them. SFI, and I recommend spending the majority of your time working with those who want success and are putting in the work to prove it.

SFI is not for everybody, and that is okay. Let them go and part ways as friends...besides, several of them will come back after trying something else that didn't work for them. They will remember how you made them feel, supported and cared

Becoming EA in the first month and then stopping is a very common thing in SFI. It tends to discourage members when they had such high hopes with having an active referral.

First try communicating by Stream, team letter and sending a e-card.Then send a $5 Gift card.
If there is no response, you will get your money back. I make it 10 days to expire.

If you have no response, it is time to reassign them to a referral that speaks their language.

They may return
