i'l answer the question in two ways.
1. It depends on you and how fast you want to rise but that will cost you money. You determine how far you want to go. So if you want to be PTL, you can and that without a team. But i wonder, how would you Maintain it?
However, for you to buy your rank, you can has well let the S Builder Co op and the PSAs To Go be part of the investment that will buy your rank as a Team Leader so that at least, you can have a team that will sustain it for

If you have the resources - money to maintain your desired Team Leader rank, then I say go for it. I say maintain because if you do not have an active team of affiliates, it can be quite costly to maintain Team Leader rank.

I see that a lot of affiliates are BTL this month and the next month they are EA and then back to BTL and so on. They go up and down the ranks and this is quite common. I believe that the main reason why his happens is because they are not supported enough by their

When is the best time ....?
The best time is when you acquire the necessary conditions for it ...... the first and foremost condition for is TEAM !!!
To be a leader you need to have a team !!! Tim gives us the stability and earnings and that we need to maintain the leading position, for the enjoyment of all the benefits the TL has at its disposal .... if someone does this, in my view it is pointless to go on the TL position (although probably not many agree with me).

Being a team leader means that you have a certain kind of responsibility to the members of your team, who expected from you, logically, to guide them through this business and to answer all their questions and help them about possible problems.

1. To get Matching VP from his/her Team or Downline
2. He/she wants to obtain Second Home CSA every months.

You should upgrade anytime you decided to lead. Upgrading to Platinum Team Leader encouraged me to recruit 5 Affiliates whom I could make EAs by :::

1st. Having them complete the first 500 Versa Points in 24 hours. (A total of 2500 VPs for myself).

2nd. Having them purchase the New Member Package (NMP) $20.00. Which is another 500 Versa Points. (Another 2500 VPs for myself).

3rd. Each should also setup a standing order of 1500 Versa Points which get you 7500

The best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader is when, by your earning of Action and Sales VP, you reach 3000. It is important to know that the maximum Sales VP for Bronze Team Leader is 2000.

Some will earn this by earning sales VP for TCredits or PSAs to Go or SBuilder, and then earning enough Action VP to reach BTL. If they can do that every month, they will be building their team and earning the benefits of Team Leader.
