I honestly can say that you can be very successful in this business without a sponsor. But, a good sponsor is irreplaceable. They can help you curb your learning curb. They can provide you with advertising resources that they use and have gotten results from. They can even reward your effort and support your growth. The way I see it, I will help to build the downline of my movers but they have to move! I refuse to help those who will not at least respond to my emails or ask for help. There

Our sponsor is our mentor. We joined SFI thanks to his efforts. He spent time and money in a place where we found the opportunity and joined as an Affiliate. Regardless of his qualities and effectiveness as a sponsor, we owe him the opportunity to be part of SFI.

Our co-sponsor is a substitute mentor. The SFI Leadership model is smart enough to realize that one single mentor may not be all knowledgeable, always available and always responsive to our needs. Hence, very wisely the co-sponsorship

We hear of many affiliates who talk about their sponsors and co sponsor not being helpful or simply ignoring them. In spite of this they have gone on to be successful in SFI. I congratulate them on their determination and tenacity to succeed. I say well done.

Some of these folks then go one to say that one does not really need a sponsor or a co sponsor. I disagree.

I tell my team - all generations this: "Your Sponsor is very important to your success in SFI. If you

We are all told to be awesome sponsors and co-sponsors, and I do my best to be that. I have a five star rating from my team, so they seem to think I am doing a good job. However, the question is how important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?

It is an advantage to have a good sponsor and have someone to go to for advice, and someone who will go in to bat for you when you can't get results from an ECA or something like that. (I had to do this for one of my team)

Although

Sponsor and Co-Sponsor
are just another affiliates like us.

Their positions in SFI describes that they've signed up much earlier than us. By that, they should holds more information that we need to help us progress.

In our Genealogy, we called this Generation. In real life, the generation we knew is our parents, brothers and sisters and even downward as our small brothers and sisters and follow down to our children and more..

In SFI, this generations is well

It is very important to have a good sponsor or co-sponsor because of the following reasons:

1.Success in SFI is largely determined on how well you can duplicate the efforts of your sponsors and co-sponsors.

2.A good sponsor or co-sponsor provides a structure for you to grow faster in SFI by providing you a structure which and strategy which you will need to adopt and be successful.

3.A good sponsor or co-sponsor allows you to stand on his shoulders so that you can

A good sponsor can make a world of difference in your progress and success in SFI. Your Co- Sponsor may or may not be as important, depending on their level of involvement. I personally have an excellent sponsor, who is generous with his time and expertise, and is always willing to give timely advice.Conversely,I have never heard from my co-sponsor.

I am co-sponsor to some folks who sometimes tell me that their sponsor does very little, and at that point, I step up and work with them

A sponsor and co-sponsor are your mentors who are your first level upline. A good sponsor and co-sponsor should first welcome you in to SFI business with the hope of building an active team and helping each other to walk the journey together through 'thick and thin' situation.

A good sponsor and co-sponsor must be persons who walk the talk and show good examples that the downline can emulate which lead to success. They should keep in touch with their downline regularly to make their presence

I think it is the luck of the draw and not very important.

Most of us have "not" had the advantage of a strong Sponsor.
I, for one, have never heard from my Sponsor.
I have an Upline Sponsor, way up, I have communicated with.
And, I have a Co-sponsor who always responds to my inquiries.
I have found that success comes from my own efforts and trial
and error.

Sure I would have liked to have had a strong Sponsor, but,
Entrepreneurship is

In SFI it is not important to have a good sponsor or co-sponsor. Putting importance on your sponsor or co-sponsor could severely hinder your SFI success.

I can say this because neither my sponsor nor co-sponsor has been of any help to me. I was about to give up on SFI and I posted in the Forum a complaint about not having any help from my sponsor. Every single reply to me was about how I could be successful simply by following the training and using the marketing materials provided to
